Frames are really well made, quick turnaround from ordering my custom frame to receiving it.

Delighted with the whole experience very professional and helpful and it looks wonderful. Thank you.

After reading the details on how to measure correctly and leaving 5 mm for the wood of the frame the print fitted perfectly. It was easy follow when the frame would be made and delivered.

Excellent from beginning to end, everything was as described and well made. I did four bespoke sizes and they all fitted perfectly. Will definitely be buying again.

Really delighted with the mounts I ordered from eframes. Quality is great and I had great customer service from eframes. I had to change some dimensions - penny dropped just after I had placed my order, but eframes were great and amended without fuss. Prompt delivery too. I would use them again and have no hesitation to recommend.

Good product, timely delivery. Pictures look great in the frames.

Actual frame works very well, and absolutely perfect size. For the price, this was a brilliant service. Only reason that it doesn't get 5* is that the images used on the site aren't all that easy to colour match or see (I'd say what arrived is significantly lighter than how it looks online; some in situ photographs would be helpful) and the payment process errored multiple times, without giving any good reason. I also never received a confirmation email that my order had been placed, and had to check with my bank to see that payment had been taken. Would love the ability to upgrade to glass as well, though the plastic is very good quality.

Excellent. Provided exactly what I wanted (to the mm) to suit the subject and fit a very odd elongated size.

Lovely frame. Just what I needed thank you.

Just received my specific size frame for my poster. Great service, great quality, very well packing and fast delivery. I am happy with eFrame and highly recommended.

Very pleased with the finished product which arrived soon after the initial purchase.

Great quality frame, it arrived swiftly and was well wrapped.

The communications and tracking on the website is superb.
Custom frame fits my picture perfectly.

I ordered my photo from eframe. There were lots of options to choose from. I went bold and I must admit it looks fantastic. Highly recommend eframe. My photo looks professional as well in the frame. Photo quality is stunning. They kept me updated when dispatched with a tracking number and a prompt delivery as well.

Frames came quickly and well packaged. The frames themselves feel cheap and flimsy with poor finish and rough cut perspex. Needed bespoke sizes for small print and a painting and didn’t want to spend too much. These do the job and once on the wall they look fine but feel overpriced for quality.

Brilliant customer service and product better than I thought it would be, excellent quality and price .

Picture very old postcard size, frame size not readily available off the shelf.
Order supplied promptly, and good.
Thank you .

Great customer service, prompt delivery, frame was really well packaged to prevent damage. Will definitely use this company again.

Great work and very fast delivery, highly recommend!

The fact that eframe make custom sized frames to fit my picture exactly makes all the difference.
