efooddepot offer various international products especially for those living not too close to any asian grocery or those with limited options. Price is reasonable, but cost for weight surcharge is terribly marked up and some products are occasionally past expiration date or there are case that is concealed or wiped off to hide. Good place to shop, just lil beware that expired products might arrive to your door.

I've been shopping at Efooddepot for many years and recommended to many of my friends. The selections of food are huge and the service is excellent.

You sent me an email to apply a discount on purchase but couldn't apply it. I'm dissapointed.

Ordered a bunch of different flavored Japanese Style Mochi, as it was a good deal (on sale), however found that several of the flavors to seem a bit stale. Tried to contact the company via their web page, to inquire about the lack of "Best by" or "Sell by" dates on the individual packages never got a response.

Bottom line, most of the order was fine, the others can be eaten (just tastes a bit old). Customer service is a bit lacking.

Not sure if I will ever order from them again.

I think efood is one of the greatest shopping websites. This company provide great customer service and very good deals for its customers

I was a little hesitant about ordering from Efooddepot since I had read a lot of older bad reviews. It seemed like most of the recent reviews are positive, so I took a chance. I was a bit worried at first because I didn't get an order confirmation email and my order status didn't change for a couple of days when I logged into my Efooddepot account. However, after 3 days, my order status turned to processing, then to shipped, with a UPS tracking number. The minute I got my order, I took an inventory of all the items and checked the expiration dates (based on the older negative reviews). Everything checked out okay and the expiration dates were either the end of this year, or mid next year. The pricing is competitive with the Asian marts that I've been to, and the shipping cost is worth it for me since I recently moved and the closest Asian market is now 50 miles away. All in all a great first experience.

Great selection. Bought snacks for girlfriend and Japanese candies. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will be back for more.

I've always been a little suspicious about buying groceries online, but this website has got to be the best out there. Not only do they offer fast shipping, but it is an easy process with fresh foods. I got my order within the week of my order. Love my Indomie noodles!

Efooddepot is great! Ever since discovering their online store, I no longer do my grocery shopping in my local markets anymore. They have such a large variety of different ethnic products; from Thia food to Indian. I can find things on there that I can never find in my own area. Best part is, prices are extremely comparable and shipping/delivery time is excellent. Couldn't be happier overall. Highly recommend.

After reading many negative reviews online, I was really hesitant to order anything from EfoodDepot .... but none of the Asian food items that I wanted and needed was available locally .... so I took a chance ..... happy that I did ... my order was packed and shipped the next day ... and arrived from California to Florida within 4 business days .... everything was fresh dated and packed well ... everything arrived safely and as ordered .... Very satisfied .....

Order on the 16th then read reviews. So scare that I wanted to cancel. But some reviews states that even order is canceled, still too much headache to get your money back. So I assume that my money is gone. Just wait to see if they'll ever mail my order or mailing incomplete order. To my surprise, a big heavy box show up on my front porch today the 20th. Only 4 days from the order date. I open the box, get my ipad login to my order and check every item in the box. Surprisingly, everything is there, well pack and so. Maybe i was the lucky one or what. I don't know. Still not believe! Maybe i will make a few more orders over time to see what happen.

I got what i ordered,but 2 products got expired.i contacted them through email that they would give a refund for expired items and only 2 days they gave me a refund..quite responsible.next time i would buy from them again but i would make a confirmation before i buy products:)

Efooddepot is the worst online shopping i ever bought from, they ship expired items and damage goods. I ordered from Efooddepot for $86.46 and 2/3 of the foods either damage due to poor packaging or expired.

The short version is I ordered six of one item and they sent 5 wrong things. I contacted them several times, spoke mostly with a Susan who 'assured' me that this would be handled quickly etc etc. This started April 19, 2011 and today is May 9. I was told to send pictured and the order number to their email and to destroy the product because they do not accept returns of what I ordered ( Great Wall Yinchiao Tablets without acetaminophen - it came with acetaminophen). I was told that I would receive an email with a return label. I never got that until Monday May 2, AFTER I was told by Susan that I would get a full refund (we had agreed that I would get a refund I would keep the one bottle they got right and I would pay to ship back. When I called her on Tuesday May 3, I was told that the refund would be in my account by Friday May 6. Today May 9th 2011 after numerous phone calls and an agreement with Susan that never occurred I was told by Susan that according to company policy (which was the first time anyone mentioned this) I must return the items before I get refund. I have filed complaints with BBB and Ok consumer protection office, as well with my financial institution. I will send everything back and let everyone know what happens. In the mean time... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...

I place an order on April 14, 2011, my credit card charged the next day on April 15, 2011 but i never received it till today April 25, 2011. Call customer service on April 19, they said will be ship but never received my tracking. 11 Days gone by i still not getting my package or update from efooddepot whereabout my package. I have dispute this with my credit card company.

I will never ever buy from efooddepot.com (biggest scam) - this company have DISGUST ME, take customer money never ship and most probably they do not have it in stock.

Horrible experience with efooddepot.com. I place an order with this company and decided to cancel my order within 12 hours, so i chat with them requesting my order to be cancelled. A week later still nothing and i talk to someone and they apologize to me and week gone by still no refund. I have to call my credit card company to dispute this.
