4 items ordered. Each separately delivered. One item was delivered in one of my neighborhood address 2 houses away from my address. Packaged small item in a big package. Shipping from Texas was delayed.

To fulfill orders as quickly as possible, multi-item orders often ship separately from different regional facilities. Unfortunately, severe flooding in Texas in July caused major, uncontrollable carrier delays across that region, impacting transit times.
We also apologize for the oversized packaging on your smaller item and for the carrier dropping off a package at your neighbor's house. We have reached out to you directly via email to check on that misdelivered shipment and help make things right for you!
