I am only giving 1 star as I cannot give zero stars. This company is a scam - I have been asking for almost a month for the address to return a product I purchased as I am not happy with it and they just ignore my emails - on one occasion offering me $20 and I keep (and pay) for the product that I don't want. Their website states a return and refund policy - this is a lie. They also state Australian customers can return to their Sydney warehouse - also a lie. Do not buy from this company. Their product is also not worth the money spent, hence the reason I wanted to return it. Scam company.

Horrible quality. Had the bag under a year and strap has broken. I paid alot of money for it. Lesson learnt. Think twice before buying.

It only gets a 1 star cause that is the lowest I can give. If you are looking for bag that's eco-friendly, look somewhere else.
Looking for good customer service when your stuff gets returned to China, again look somewhere else.
These people scammed me of my money and they took the two bags I ordered from me. I ordered on Amazon the same bags and they arrived broken. Like seriously I ordered 4 bags and only 1 was in good condition. Customer service wouldn't refund me my order and told me they could have it sent and delivered today. That was 3 days ago.
Save yourself the trouble find a cuter bag somewhere else.

This is a scam company. I spent $117 on a backpack and when it arrived, it was wrapped in packaging with Chinese writing all over it, it had clearly just come directly to me from a Chinese factory. I returned the bag (after the seller agreeing to it via email), but once I paid for shipping to send it back, they never refunded my money back, and they stopped responding to my emails.

You can get an equivalent bag from AliExpress for $10. The quality is terrible and stitching is asymmetrical. Don’t waste your money with this scammer like I did.

I would give them zero star if there is an option. I bought the bag for my daughter even though I never heard it before. She picked it. Not like the picture on their website, the quality is terrible. The straps are not lined up properly. I called the phone number listed on the website, but it is not available. Emailed them, never received any response. Horrible customer service and products. Don’t waste your money!!!

I bought a bag at Ecosus without issues with the shipping. I love the bag,I really do. The design is lovely, the colour is gorgeous and it carries more than it looks. With that said though, I bought it in January 2022, less than two years ago, using it frequently but with a lot of care, yet it's already peeling everywhere, and the metal is getting stained. ľ'm very careful with my things and I've had cheaper bags that have lasted 3x more with the same amount of use. For this price I was expecting higher quality to be honest, but it's just made of plastic from china. If sustainability and buying items that last is a concern for you then I cannot recommend it.

In addition, I added this review to their website with photos and it has not yet become visible. Don't know if they will alow me to post a semi-negative review. If they won't publish it then they are not transparent and you should not trust the site reviews.

The bag is lovely and unique on first look but the quality is awful! Very cheaply made. The main zip and internal pocket zip do not work! The button fastners also do not stay shut even with nothing in the bag. I contact the company to return the item for a refund and had a reply straight away asking for photographs and a code. I sent these straight back and have heard nothing since(one week later) I have emailed 3 more times and have been ignored. I have now taken this further with PayPal for a full refund . Do not buy from this company! Their products look better on the website than in real life and customer service is non existent and shocking!

I've purchased two bags from Ecosusi: one during lockdown and the other in the Black Friday Sale this year. The first bag, the Sombre briefcase, arrived very well packed with stuffing to keep its shape. It's a soft leather, and whilst I do like the feel, it tends to lose shape when used as a backpack. However, as a briefcase, it's both spaciousness and resilient, and after 2 years, showing no signs of wear despite my heavy-handed use. (I throw it around a lot!) There's no scratches or scuffs as yet!

The second bag, the perforated bag, arrived this week, also very well wrapped. It is a more thick, sturdy leather, with lovely clasp and long strap, and included a dust cover for storage. It's a cracking bag for running errands.

The only 'negative' is the delivery; We live in an age where next-day deliveries has become the norm, so waiting three weeks (to the UK) for anything feels like a lifetime! Nonetheless, it is worthwhile and the tracking system is really good.

I would buy again from this company.

I ordered two items. One item arrived really squashed, the kind of squashed that won't come out over time. I am suprised and annoyed they didn't pack it better because considering the package was traveling to another continent they only had 2 plastic bags and one thin piece of paper width cardboard covering the bag. The second bag had a wonky buckle that didn't line up with the other buckle and it should have never passed quality control. The quality of both items was so so, they were made of a plastic-y type of material that felt fake and probably wouldn't age well.

I had to return both items and the whole thing was a massive waste of time. Order your items elsewhere!

Vraiment pas de communication avec le service client, quasi inexistant.
Voilà plusieurs mois que j'ai commandé, la première fois ça a mis un mois, je les ai relancé parce que pas de livraison en vue, il a fallu plusieurs mails et une plainte ici pour qu'ils m'annoncent que les bottes que j'avais commandé n'étaient pas disponible dans la taille demandée. J'ai enfin eu un remboursement en insistant. Depuis, j'ai voulu retenter, j'ai pris les bottes dans la taille d'au dessus et un sac. Le sac est super, par contre pour les bottes, j'ai reçu 2 chaussures du pied gauche. Importable, pas de news du service client qui est pourtant bien averti, plusieurs fois par mail toujours, je n'ai eu ni remboursement, ni proposition de chaussure droite pour pouvoir porter ma paire. Le pire dans tout ça, c'est qu'ils m'ont demandé au moins 5 fois par mail d'évaluer ma commande depuis la livraison, et c'était chose faite. C'est scandaleux. Les produits ont l'air magnifiques, mais finalement, fuyez ...

I spent £80 pound on a bad I never received. The delivery company is telling me I need to speak to the retailer, the retailer is telling me I need to speak to the delivery company. It's been over a week since the supposed delivery and I'm getting no answers.

I ordered a bag against my better judgement and it got stuck at the border “apparently”. Zero way to contact the shipper (no contact info on shippers website, not contact info for shipper in Ecosusi’s we site), zero response from the company to my emails. The phone number on Ecosusi’s website goes nowhere. I then went back and looked at their insta posts and there are lots of complaints about poor customer service and no responses from the company. These bags are cute, but this company doesn’t give a F about its customers. Don’t bother. Its been two months, still nothing. I’ve contacted my bank and put a complaint in.

The bags are very nice. I’ve had my cross body bag for over half a year and it’s held up very well considering the price and daily use. A little wear on the edges, which is expected, but the hardware and the body of the bag still look new. I get tons of compliments on it and the faux leather looks nice. This brand makes nice bags that will likely need to be replaced more frequently than a high quality, expensive purses but if you’re someone who likes to have multiple bags or switch bags every year or two then these bags will work great for you!

Ordered a bag as a present over a month ago and have received no update as to whether it has even been shipped. Customer service replies are slow and vague. At this point, would simply like to cancel the order as many reviews say the bags are poor quality anyways which should not be the case considering the price.

Bought a bag from ecosusi as a birthday gift for my daughter. She started using it after her birthday in the middle of September and 1 week later the bag was already showing signs of damage on the sides where the strap is placed. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the bag because of this and would not recommend purchasing these for day to day life

Entire latch snapped off the first time I ever used it and all it had in it was a normal laptop. Nowhere on the site to write a review. Absolute garbage I'm incredibly pissed off

Weeks and weeks of emailing the company about the poor quality of item received and item not being as described - NO REPLY.

No quality. No service. Scam. Buyer beware of this company.

I ordered 2 bags from their website - I already owned an ecosusi bought on amazon, but they don't have all their models so I decided to buy directly from the website, which I rarely do. The bags are amazingly manufactured, and they delivered in perfect time (I live in Italy). Now I own three super cool non-leather bags :) and everyone asks me where I bought them. Super happy client. I will try to order directly from manufacturers more often in the future!
