5 star customer service and honesty!
I treated myself to a Jaguar XF sport back at the beginning of the year , this car is my second from eCars and the first was a Mercedes . On both choices the cars were prepared to a high standard before I was allowed to collect them and the after sale customer service is top quality . As a customer buying on line needs honesty from the company and eCars has that in bucket loads . Never be afraid of shopping on line with these guys . They are the best

Had a really good buyer experience with eCars247. They were always very responsive to questions and queries and continually kept me up to date with how things were progressing. The 14 day test drive worked really well with no issues. I chose eCars247 being impressed with the fact that they not only advertise the qualities of the car but also any imperfections. The first car I bought had an issue with the aircon. The company were very apologetic and allowed me to keep the car (even driving down to Cornwall from Northampton and back for a planned holiday) whilst they sourced a replacement. There was never any pressure to take alternative cars they offered but found a great replacement quickly. Would like to say thank you to all the team especially Paul, Chris and Jenny who I mostly had contact with. Would absolutely recommend them over any other car dealer I have done business with in the past.

I hesitated a bit
I hesitated a bit, as you might be, reading this, before engaging, due to "online". However brush away those fears. I got in touch, asked lots of questions, did my own research, and decided to buy. Nothing was ever a chore for the team and ultimately I found a quality car and a great, genuine bunch of decent, friendly, accommodating and customer service focused people, who care about their customers and can't do enough for you.
I've bought far too many cars as it is, and dealt with a lot of one track minded sales people over the years with faux customer concern, and can honestly say this has been my best overall experience in 20 years.
