Great Cars, Great Prices, Great Service and they do everything they say on the tin ! Will definitely be buying more cars from these guys.

Best experience, best advisers say it as they see it. Up front and very knowledgable, I was weary at first but made the whole experience straight forward and easy. Everyone from ecars247 were very helpful and at the touch of a button knew me and could help and deal with a request before buying. Their advert come up whilst browsing local adverts on AutoTrader which I thought was weird but after realised deliver anywhere. I’d gone to main dealers previously who had knocked the price of my part exchange down excessively! They go off the projected AutoTrader price for your vehicle, as long as you give an honest opinion of your vehicle they guarantee the price!!!
New car arrived flowers and chocolates as gifts, the delivery driver (Joe) went over the car in detail showing all controls and how best to drive BRILLIANT!!!!
David, Chris and Kelly absolute diamonds especially David always there, as I said I worried about not seeing the car but David reassured me and guided me throughout not pushy or in your face just really professional. It’s definitely down to David I brought the car!!

I was a bit sceptical about putting money down on a car I hadn't even seen, but after reading other reviews and speaking to Paul & David I was re-assured that it was a risk free & relatively new way of doing things.
You have 14 days to test drive the car & if you are unhappy with anything you can return it for a full refund.
We had a couple of small niggles which they fixed and left us with a courtesy car while they sorted the issues. They keep in regular contact throughout the process to make sure everything is ok.
I would definitely recommend & use them again if we were to buy a car in future.

Not only did you achieve this but you truely exceeded our expectations.

Having had our car for just short of 12 months it was only by accident that we reconnected with eCars247 as I had stored their telephone number in my mobile and when I came to contact Mercedes, much to my surprise I discovered that I had accidentally
rang eCars247 and on speaking to reception we laughed at what I had done then the young lady on the other end of the phone politiely asked me had I purchased a car from them, to which I answered yes. After explaining the situation she then very kindly took the details and offered to contact Mercedes recovery on my behalf and so our journey began.

After what appeared to be a chance encounter, this resulted in us being told by Chris, that eCars247 services and support did not end the moment our car was delivered to our door and he immediately began to enquire what had happened and has continued to support us throughout the whole process.

We are now waiting for a reply to our complaint, submitted to the Ombudsman regarding the manner in which we have been treated for our repair by Mercedes Benz UK.

For what is deemed a worldwide renowned company I just wish they set themselves and achieve the high standards which you are attaining.

The easiest way ever to buy a car - and the staff at eCars247 were so helpful every step of the way. Can't fault the company or the car I bought. Just brilliant.

I really can't sing the praises of eCars247 enough - they're an absolute breath of fresh air in the process of buying a car.

No hard sells, and none of the usual "used car salesman" style nonsense that most of us will dread going through. Just choose the car, pay and it gets delivered. Really I couldn't believe how well the process went.

The team are extremely helpful - even though it's an "online" dealership they will take a lot of time to go through the details with you on the phone if you like.

I chose delivery which was a brilliant option, very reasonably priced delivery charge and smooth process.

There were a few niggling problems with the vehicle cosmetically, but the team have spared no expense in getting these problems fixed - truly an amazing example of customer service.

Safe to say I will never use a traditional car dealership so long as eCars247 is around!

Do not hesitate to use this type of service to purchase your next motor. Found a car I liked on auto trader messaged for avalibility. They then fully explained there service is slightly different in that they deliver your car without you seeing it before hand but you have a 14 day test drive option on your purchase so if you don't like anything or are not happy u can return without any penaltys. To be totally honest I was really nervous at first never heard of this type of online sale. I made the decision to go for it after reading reviews and so glad I did my a class was delivered to my door in immaculate condition everything as advertised. Driver spent time to explain everything in detail about the car and any tech stuff was not sure about. The car is perfect me and my wife love it. Never once from start to finish was we pushed into buying by pushy salesman. The team who dealt with are purchase paul chris and Jenny were great from start to finish even a month after purchase to check everything was well. Great service so more easier and enjoyable way of purchasing.

Dealt with Chris in the past with previous cars in his last company so when found out he now deals with ecars247 I was sure that if he had the right car for me that I would be buying from him. Having found the right car I was looked after by David from start to finish. Explained everything about how they do things, no pushy sales talk, phoned and emailed me when he said he would. He part ex my car and I'm now the proud owner of a Land Rover Discovery.

Everything was so easy, Jenny was pleasure to talk too, not pushy at all.
I thought I might have had a problem with the MOT being it would be a day over the 6 months eCars247 say. Emailed Jenny saying about the MOT and got a reply straight back. "We are ahead of you, the car was MOT'd earlier today"
As I live in the southwest I opted to have the car delivered, I was told that it would be at my address by 08:00 on the day I selected, and it was.
Adam the delivery guy was great, he took me around the car and said I had 14 days to make my mind up on the car. If for whatever reason I was not happy eCars247 would arrange to collect it.

The car although still in the 14 day test drive period is just as described and a superb car for a very fair price

And can't see any reason why I would return it and would be gutted if I did have to

Excellent service, communication and very straightforward process from start to finish. Customer service was top notch throughout the whole process.

Buying my car from eCars247 was made easy even with my part exchange. I absolutely love my car and it's definitely the right car for me. The staff are all lovely and couldn't do enough to help me throughout the whole process.

I was a bit hesitant at first agreeing to purchase a car online (Land Rover Discovery Sport) without having first seen it. However, I thought why not, let's give it a go as the price was really good (I assume they can be more competitive on price because they don't have the same overheads as a typical garage with forecourt etc).

The fact you only have to put down a deposit and if you really don't like the car on arrival could walk away, plus with a 14 day trial period where you can return it for any reason, plus all the paperwork, AA checks, HPI checks, service history all uploaded online for you to have a look at, that gave me enough peace of mind to give it a go.

Plus, I figured even if I bought a car from, say, Fords of Winsford (where I've bought all my previous cars from and had no problems), what's really the difference if I'm only 'kicking the tyres' anyway - I'm no car mechanic to be able to tell at a glance whether anythings wrong with a car or not!

Another bonus for us was that the car came with a factory fitted towbar which is what we were looking for to two our caravan. That coupled with the already competitive price meant we got, in our opinion, a fantastic deal.

The customer service we received from Jenny, Chris and David was second to none - both pre and post sale. It was more like the service you'd get in other more service focused industries than your typical car supermarket who pretty much aren't bothered once you've signed the paperwork and driven the car away.

So, in conclusion, no hesitation in recommending you use eCars247 - yes, it won't be for everyone, but in this day and age of everything being online I think this is a great business model and wish the company well as they try to scale it up.
