What a job these guys have done everything they promised and more went above and beyond

So glad we chose eazy heat for our refit and new boiler our engineer Joe went above and beyond to make the experience bearable.
Joe was very hard working and friendly and has done a wonderful job.

Nothing was too much trouble for our gas engineer Joe and I cant praise him enough!! Such a clean and tidy job done to the highest professional standards. Super super impressed with his way of working. A superb skill set with a personality to match!

Had an old heat only boiler, with a water tank wanted a combi upgrade but had already renovated the property.

From initial contact Scott was excellent talked me through everything and sent him some photos on whatsapp he sent a break down of work with a fixed price.

Price was better than expected, so I booked. Very pleased I did as the standard of work was excellent, had Jo as the install engineer and he knew his stuff, did an excellent job on the install and made sure not to damage any of the newly renovated property.

Waterfall shower now works like a dream!! 12 year warrenty, included in price, would reccomend to anyone!

When I first can across easy heat my alarm bells were slightly ringing. The price seemed to good to be true. Took the gamble. Best company I've dealt with ever . So smooth from order to installation. Engineers were professional ( Shaun and his son) and Scott in the office was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Scott was amazing and talked me through exactly what I needed and was very price conscious on my behalf.
As for the Ray Winstone look and sound alike Shaun. a more honest and lovely person you couldn't wish to meet.
And not forgetting his wonderful son as well made the whole experience very very simple and easy to deal with.
Don't bother looking anywhere else this is a gem of a company.

I recently had a new boiler installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding team involved.

What a great company.
The service front m sales to fitting was fantastic.
Joe was the fitter and the job had it’s called coming complications but my goodness did he work hard and did everything possible to overcome the problems.
A 12 year warranty and competitive pricing make this a no brainer.
Nothing better out there in the market and with a set price, you have peace of mind and comfort in these guys that they not going to have you over.
Cannot praise them enough.
So happy with the work despite me and quality but also left my house spotless.

At first I applied for finance with BOXT, I was granted the finance, but when the engineer arrived I got the feeling it was to big of a job for a standard boiler replacement, so when it was suggested to move the boiler to different room the price went up by £1300 I was not happy, I then cancelled the finance and tried to get hold the person dealing with me, to which i was blanked and not contacted to ask why. So when I contacted Eazy Heat Craig was excellent in explaining step by step on what was going happening, and the price was fixed when I was given the quote, with an upgraded boiler to a combi, it worked out a saving of nearly £900. The engineer Joe, that came and fitted the boiler was professional very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for the customer. It can be stressful sorting a new boiler out, but EAZY HEAT made this simple as it possibly can, well Done excellent customer service highly recommended,

My boiler packed up at the beginning of December (obviously a busy time) and after calling all the plumbers I knew who were unable to even have a look for 2 days easy heat had my new boiler booked in to be fitted 4 days after my initial call, I did have some minor issues and after calling the head office joe came round and can’t speak highly enough about his ability and helpful attitude

I spoke with Craig several times and all the times he was very professional and friendly Craig was very helpful to answer my questions and the quote was the cheapest I had Craig organised the new boiler installation next day.

Niall who came out and fitted the boiler was Very friendly guy and knew his stuff, arrived 9.30 and called before to say he was on the way. Was the easiest installation experience for me, and did a fantastic job.

Highly impressed with the service provided. After filling the enquiry form online, promptly recieved the call from Scott who advised about which boiler would be suitable and provided a highly competitive rate for boiler and installation. Within few days, boiler was fitted by Joel, who did a fantastic job. The flue hole wasn’t at the position required by the boiler but Joel came up with a solution and made a new hole in the wall to adjust it. I was so impressed by his positive approach and helpful attitude.
Few days after fitting, when I informed about a small leakage, Joel promptly came back to diagnose the issue and fixed it. Again impressed by their after sales service.
Really trustworthy company annd amazing boiler engineer Joel. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our boiler had packed in, I got a few quotes off independent gas engineers, then looked at some online. Eazy heat was the best price. I asked for Craig's advice on which boiler would be better out of the 2 I had narrowed it down too and even bought the price down on the one I went for. Also did alot of research for us as it was being situated in a cupboard. The fitter arrived early both mornings and did a fantastic job and never left any mess. I highly reccomend Eazy heat.

Fantastic service from the initial call to the after care! All members of the team made this experience pain free and a really good value boiler has been fitted giving me heat and hot water after a long period of neither! I'm over the moon and it was all handled really well. I'd highly recommend this company. Shout out to Scott, Craig and Mark for their part of this journey!

Contacted Eazy Heat after our boiler broke, the team in the office were great sending through a variety of options for a new fitted boiler, some cheaper than they listed on the website. Very competitive rates compared to all the other companies I looked at, and no hard sell from them either. Super helpful and friendly.
Joe who came out and fitted the boiler was fantastic, arrived bang on 8.30 and called before to say he was on the way. Wasn't the easiest of installation due to our pipe set up but he worked his socks off and did a fantastic job. Left the place look great, went through all the installation, instructions, and servicing and pointed out the new metallic and lime scale filters. Very friendly guy and knew his stuff.
Fantastic experience all round especially compared to other companies I spoke with and was let down by (Avoid iHeat).

Easy Heat to the rescue, we had bad experiences with other companies letting us down on installation dates, and clearly over charging. Easy Heat's customer service went above and beyond, with a comprehensive and competitive quote via email; and even replying on a weekend. Installation by Jo was fantastic even though our house has some quirks he had to overcome! So pleased we feel we have found a company we can trust and a 12yr warrantee is just amazing. Well done Eazy Heat keep it up!

If I could give this company no stars, I would.
Was told the engineer would be with us from 8.30am - 10am on Friday 17th Nov. Both my partner and I took the day off work to clear out the areas and make ready for our boiler to be fitted. 10.30am no sign of engineer and no courtesy call. I called the office and was told there had been a mix up their end and that it was booked for Monday 20th Nov. No heating all weekend - but because the person I spoke to (Alex?) apologised profusely I let it go. We were told we would get 2 free services as good will. I was told by Alex that the same time would apply, 8.30am - 10am but usually around '9am'. At 9.40 - no engineer and no courtesy call or text. I call the number again - and the same person 'Alex' said he will check the engineer is on his way. I gave him my partner's number who was at home, again, waiting. My partner got the call to say - wait for it - not one, not two but THREE vans broken into and all the tools have been stolen. Did we get a call? No. So, to cut a long story short - we still have no boiler, no heat in our home, my partner has taken 2 days off work (he is self employed) for nothing. The only good thing is that we never paid any money for this absolute joke of a company. They are obviously raking in so much money that they do not need our £2400 - so therefore we shall go elsewhere. Customer service is key - imagine what kind of service we would get if we had already paid?? My advice to you? Avoid this company like the plague - getting them to turn up is hard enough. If there was a zero star option, I would give it as we have not had a service or a boiler - and we have lost 3 days work between the pair of us, waiting around for these time-wasters. Not a reputable business - put your money elsewhere, where you will be valued as a customer and get the service you paid for!
