Great service from Eazyheat. 

Craig was very generous with his time and patient with my many questions - something I appreciated. 

But that was then topped by Shaun, who installed the boiler. Friendly chap, a fellow Eastender and a bit of a modern-day philosopher to boot. 

He had the boiler up and running quickly, worked meticulously and left everything spotless. He even went out of his way to pick up an extra part and fit it in when asked. 

Highly recommended.

Both Shaun and Craig provided an exemplary service installing our new boiler. I received lots of advice over the phone about what boilers would be suitable for the confined space I had in the kitchen cupboard. The install was done excellently and fast in a difficult space. Enormously impressed.

Absolute legend .Done a fantastic job at mine.knew he was good at his job the moment he started talking me through everything.Very professional and a true gentleman who went extra miles for me when he didn't have to. Also come in on a weekend leaving quality time just to install my boiler which I truly appreciated. Job was done perfectly and only left after checking and making sure every radiator was running smoothly and that I was happy with everything. Thank you team Eazyheat for having someone like Joe on the team who has such passion/determination and respect towards his job and customers.

Eazyheat will promise you a free first annual service when you buy a boiler from them. Good luck getting them to comply with their contract. I’ve been trying to get my boiler serviced for over a month. Sent 3 emails, & spoke to Craig twice. Finally had a service booked for this morning, then Ian called at 10am to say the engineer is sick. Well, I’m sick of Eazyheat ignoring me, fobbing me off & wasting my time.

Following publication of this review, Craig from Eazyheat was quick to call me to ask what he could do to get me to remove this review! So unprofessional.

Had a boiler installed by Eazy Heat, despite paying before the fitter had left the premises, no warranty was forthcoming or the promised gas safe certificate.
Numerous attempts to get the warranty were met with idle promises to supply them. In the end we were able to get the warranty directly from Viessmann (though this wasn't straight forward either). Warrant is only 10 years and not the 12 months we paid for. Last couple of emails have been ignored.

Excellent services. I contacted Eazy heat online, Craig got in touch, and Joe was at my address to install a new boiler. Lovely chap Joe, worked so hard that day, he even got McDonald's and forgot to get me one😂. Very friendly, answered all my questions patiently but declined to have me as an apprentice😂. He advised me on how to maintain the boiler. Thank you Joe and Craig.

Without a doubt would recommend EazyHeat, and will use them again if needed.

Incredible service and got the boiler replaced so quickly. There were issues with delivery of the boiler which meant it turned up later in the day expected, but they kept me updated the whole time and the fitters stayed late to make sure it was done. On top of that, the price was better than other quotes!

Our engineer was Jo. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Clean work. Went over everything each stage of the process.. Good experience would recommend this company.

100% recommend eazyheat, our boiler was on the way out on Thursday night, contacted eazyheat to arrange a replacement, booked and replaced the boiler by Saturday! Compared prices and warranty's, nobody could match them, great service provided by Craig, great installation done by their gas engineer Joe! Joe even balanced all our radiators for us as we were having problems with the one in the living room not getting hot, nothing was too much trouble for him! Thank you once again, it's great knowing there are still trustworthy and reliable guys out there!

Emailed easyheat Sunday/ Monday received all the information, picked a boiler to be installed Tuesday / Wednesday they arrived on time and started work due to my misjudgement they couldn't fit the boiler Joe (the fitter) went out of his way found me the correct boiler came back the next day they wanted th make us happy and they sure did he was there at 9.30 until 7.30 what a guy his boots were on and off all day long and my kitchen was spotless when he finished he was so proud of his work and the company he worked for well done to all the team Craig at sales and joe the fitter recommendation second to none job done 16/ 1/ 25

I contacted Craig from Easyheat on Thursday afternoon to replace the broken-down boiler. By Friday morning, their contractor had arrived at the property on time, removed the old boiler, and replaced it with the new boiler. Their communication with smooth, an email with what is included in the service, and also a phone call to explain things in person as well as WhatsApp to share photos ...etc.

They are cheaper out of the 3 quotes I have received, and also faster to respond, they completed the quality job on time as promised. Also, the contractor they sent was very professional and ensured the job was done well.

I will use their services again when needed.

Fabulous experience with Eazy Heat from start to finish no one evers wants to spend money on boilers and heating willingly and if it has to be done it is with an element of the unknown fear but The Team at Eazy Heat made the experience easy hassle and stress free and remarkably incredible value for money. A simple call from their agent made me feel at ease explained the process and options down to a massive choice of boilers to suit all pockets and advice regarding size required for the size home it will serve. I found the boiler i wanted and this was on a Friday £100 deposit yes thats it £100 deposit no more money required until installed wow amazing immediately removed all stress of purchase for me and then arranged fitting on the Monday now that was incredible service. The fitting team contacted me to say they was on route and arrived exactly when stated they were very professional and friendly and changed my old to new boiler quicker than Superman in a phone box it really had to be seen to be believed payment was made after install and i received by email invoice and warranty a couple of days later not a year or two years warranty but an incredible 12 years of peace of mind. Fully recommend Eazy Heat for your boiler needs you wont be disappointed also a note i had a small concern with an issue and called approx 6pm and the agent face-timed me back and talked me through the problem solving it very quickly also will be taking out the annual cover tomorrow genuinely such a great experience and worth every penny.
