I had a problem with email forwarding…
I had a problem with email forwarding and tried the help desk of my ISP and was more confused than ever, I tried easyspace help desk as they are my domain host and they gave me the information I needed to solve it straight away .
Good interaction with customers
Always easy to get relevant support for questions asked, though sometimes difficult to contact over weekends.
Staff know what they are talking about; a definite plus to deal with someone who understands one's own level of technical competence.
At times I wish that each website would have a single itemised annual charge, rather than several different charges over the course of the year.
Outstanding service provider
I have been a client of Easyspace for over 10 years. They have consistently been a great service provider, very responsive and stupendously helpful. Navigating around technology is not my natural habitat but I have always found each person I have spoken to very easy to understand. They were outstanding in developing my website and my client manager is first class.

They are a tried and trusted company and there aren't many of those that have been around that long in the Internet business.

Ease and peace of mind with Easyspace. Many years they have managed my domains, filtered the trash and kept me informed. Highly recommend.
It is very easy to report a problem to Easyspace.
It is very easy to report a problem to Easyspace just by logging in to my control panel. By selecting from a list you are in touch with the relevant department and usually get a quick response. The ticket remains open to allow a two way dialogue to continue until I am satisfied that the issue is resolved.
Good Service & Support
Have used EasySpace for several years, and their intuitive Control Panel renders the necessity to contact Customer Support be kept to a minimum.
When such contact is required, the response is efficient, effective, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had dealings with Easyspace over several years and found that they have always given me the backup I needed. The people are always courteous on the phone, and are always very helpful.

Mailbox Quota Increased At No Extra Cost
When my quota for some reason was all used up and the mailbox was empty, one phone call not only solved the problem but got me a bigger mailbox quota at the same time for no extra cost. We have been Easyspace customers since around 2003 and have always been very happy with the service.
Positive response and a good deal coming out of it
I had received an automated response from Easyspace telling me that one of my domains was coming up for renewal. Although it would renew automatically, I decided to ask if there were any better deals available to me, and hence I contacted Easyspace directly.
The person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable and we quickly identified the best package for my future needs.

I have always relied on Easyspace to keep my communications secure. Their response to enquiries or help with some technical problem is always immediate and competent. In the latest example I was unable to access my webmail, and going abroad without my laptop made it essential that I could. I was guided through the process quickly and efficently.

They helped me very efficiently with something I had never done before, and was a bit tricky for me.
I've been with Easyspace for years and…
I've been with Easyspace for years and have recently renewed domains with them. I also have (more) domains with other hosting companies.
What do I like?
Generally they have a good range of domain services and their platform is pretty reliable. Their support is generally friendly and usually efficient, though at times it can be slow.
What don't I like?
You have to watch their domain renewal pricing like a hawk, it can get expensive, much more than the original prices. However they are now facing direct competition from Google Domains and will lose business unless they modify their pricing.
I intensely dislike their annual 3 GBP fee per domain if you don't allow "automatic renewal", it cannot be justified and can cost you dearly with their inertia pricing.
I don't like the way they almost insist on holding your credit/debit card details on file. In this world of hackers, I prefer for CC details to be only for the duration of one transaction.
I also dislike them offering to pay you 50 GBP in account credit to place Tripadvisor reviews. I don't do paid reviews. Hopefully the UK Gov't will be able to bring in its recently announced regulations on on-line reviews.

Dodgy Company, Bad customer Services
This company has taken subscription Twice. You are unable to cancel!
The idea was that my outlook would have more space. After several phone calls with Rude customer services I am no closer!
Office 365! wow i can get add on's to an app that i can not download! that useful or NOT!!!
Once again calling thier customer Services spoke to me like I was thick and still didnt work!
Better off just go to Microsoft themselves!!
I asked serveral times what my 2 subscription entitled me to i get Nothing Back.
£185.76 a year for Nothing.
Watch it before you sign up
This company is dodgy as hell
This company is dodgy as hell and has an active policy to overcharge and rip off as many customers as possible.
I trusted this company with my bank details and they have been consistently overcharging me by 30% on domain renewals as by default they enable it without your permission.
When I called them out on their dodgy practices this was their response.
"I understand that you are upset that the payment for 21/03/2022 has debited the account, however I have advised of this in our previous correspondence and advised that I am happy to reduce the renewal cost to buy new, meaning I would be offering a partial refund.
Unfortunately, as I have previously advised, I am only able to look at the most recent renewals on the account, and I am able to offer a partial refund for the following;"
In summary, I've been ripping you off for the last 6yrs, and you didn't notice as a gesture of goodwill I provide a partial refund, nice touch, how about you stop ripping off the loyal customers that have supported you for many years.
Any new customer I suggest you look elsewhere, sooner or later you'll catch easyspace helping themselves to your hard earn cash.

Great service. Phones answered quickly with knowledgeable & friendly staff who are able to provide solutions to your queries to suit you (and not what they think is best for easyspace). Package costs all comparable to others in the market place. Would highly recommend.
