Good product but some parts were missing and as I realised only later due to COVID delaying the installation of my new kitchen (and me not opening the box earlier for ease of storage), I am left with no other option but to buy again the missing items...

Ordered croma grey kitchen sink online. Much lighter in person than online advert showed so picture wrong, it's darker online. Enquired about returning which I accepted would be at my expense but no courier I could find would insure a kitchen sink as it's a heavy fragile prohibited item so if I insured it it would be invalid, even at £50+ postage. Eastcoast would arrange courier but no insurance, waste of time. If I did return the sink to Eastcoastkitchens, in their email(as proof) it said the sink would go in to quarantine for 14 days before they even opened the parcel to check for contents and damage before a refund of up to 30 days, is that a new government covid 19 rule????? Thought covid lasted up to 72 hours on stainless steel, does it last longer on a granite sink, wow who knew???!!!! Nothing in their terms and conditions about 14 days without even opening a parcel to check it at least. Sounds like the company is making the most of this pandemic not to provide quicker refunds, shame on them. Please please don't give this company your money, advert wrong and a returns process blaming covid 19 for drawn out refunds. Hope they lose business for making up their own rules

Ordered a Clearwater Glacier Double Bowl Kitchen sink which arrived promptly but with only one of the included glass covers (should be 2). Rang customer services and another was sent out immediately and arrived the next day!! Excellent service. Mistakes happen but it’s how you rectify them that counts. Well done East Coast Kitchens!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! A few kitchen handles arrived slightly scratched but we received replacement in no time. Wish all businesses had such helpful and professional customer service.

We chose East Coast for their range and prices, but when we had a problem with the order their response was wonderful. A very prompt reaction and immediate action to exchange a faulty item (not East Coast’s fault - sent direct from the factory). So reassuring to know that their interest does not stop once the order is placed. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wish you would put both the Hinge and the Mounting plates together
on the sale description and price for both. also stating they can be bought separately. Being a stupid woman I assumed you got both bits together as you can't use one without the other.
So I ended up paying 2 x carriage charges having to order the mounting plates separately. Customer Service was excellent.Delivery Excellent.
