I have been using Easilocks in my salon for a number of years and have always had great service and great quality products, I wouldn’t use anything else. All my clients LOVE them and always comment on the quality and how comfortable they are. Easilocks fantastic team are always there to help if needed too!

First time I ordered I picked the wrong colour so I contacted them via WhatsApp and sent them a few pics. Then based on their advice I ordered another ponytail. The colour is PERFECT, it matches I with mine. Hair quality is also good. Will place another order soon!

Ordering the item was so simple. Delivery was on time. The only thing I did not like was the size of the enormous packaging for such a small item.

My second order from Easilocks and I am even more impressed! The colour and quality are second to none. Fast efficient delivery also! Loving my long hair again

For some reason this review has come up with my husbands name 😂 this review is by Tracy Steven. Made me laugh. Great company. Fast delivery. Human hair itips great quality. Used them for years. Don’t damage my hair in fact protects it. My own hair grows more! I use for thicker hair as well as more length. If you look after them and get regularly refitted you can easily get 10 months to a year out of them. Wouldn’t use any other company. 🤩

Faster delivery

I do like easilocks hair in general. Very good quality. However I just found the u-part wig unbelievably heavy. I put my hair up exactly like the tutorial video but I felt you could see a bump at the back of the wig.

Returns policy not clear

One star because I can’t do any less!! Ordered on 2nd March,wanted it for an event on the Saturday,stated it was delivered on the Thursday,upon getting home,nothing was found outside my property or through my door,nothing even to a neighbourgh,proof of delivery showed in delivery persons hand!! Opened up a case with easilocks who ignored me,after 5 emails sent they finally acknowledged me saying an investigation was open with Royal Mail,12 days later response was..Royal Mail state delivered,case closed,absolutely disgusting and diabolical customer service,paid over £108 for somthing I do not have!! I will take this further and get a charge back and make sure everyone knows how poor they really are! It’s gross behaviour! Truly shows people to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Buy elsewhere like I have done with a better company and one that does real hair also not horse hair!! Also following your reply,proof of item in his hand on the street does not prove delivery!! I was not handed it,or was it posted in my letter box,I did not receive,it wasn’t anywhere for me to take in,you ve taken my money and closed a case,I have filed a complaint with the ombusman which will incur further costs to yourself,also postman knocked on my door and interrogated me questioning me because I opened up the dispute! Very bad customer service,complaint also gone into Royal Mail,I will make sure all will know how you operate especially on all socials

Really bad. They promised that shipping takes 3-5 days but instead it took over 10 days. Also customer service sucks, they are rude and don’t answer your questions.
