Not received my items tracking by royal…
Not received my items tracking by royal mail 24 hours not the case have spoken to royal mail my parcel won't be delivered now till the 29th of April how disappointing really bad service on behalf of royal mail and easilocks will not be purchasing anything off them again.

Fast delivery, I chose the wrong shade in a clip in extension for my hen, when I phoned them and explained they were very obliging to help me change the shade as it was unopened, customer service was 10/10

Very poor quality extensions, hair knots up instantly and is difficult to brush out. Wish I'd never bothered.

I do not recommend
The ponytail looks so fake and you can't return it once you get it out of the bag. Straight in the bin it goes. Honestly don't waste your money. I have bought cheeper of Shein and Amazon previously and quality loads better! Expected more for the price!

Postage ridiculous & product not great
Postage was quick but then it should be for the cost. A huge, slightly bigger than A4 padded envelope containing a packet of tiny clips! No wonder the postage was so expensive!! Mental!
Ended up buying clips & tape from eBay which cost a quarter of the price. These ones were way to tiny & the tape wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend them in all honesty.
