Don't waste your money.
Really unhappy with my order that I still havnt received as of writing this. Ordered on Dec 14th. As stated on the website orders made before Dec 19th would be recieved before Christmas. Items ordered were part of a christmas present for 2 teenagers. Order wasnt shipped before Christmas. Contacted customer care 29th Dec who asked for an order number. I sent the order number then no reply. I got an automated update that it was shipped Dec 30th and I cant track it any further. Still no responce from custoner care probably not worth my time emailing them again as iv already been ignored.No idea when or if it will even come. Awful customer care, awful service wouldn't recommend easilocks to anyone.

Very quick response and helpful with picking the color. They also send a test with the package to make sure the color match for you before opening up the box so you can exchange with no hassle !

Long delivery and dishonest
Delivery way too long as ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and they arrived on 2nd January. Also lied and advised would be sent on express delivery due to delivery in being posted and they never did. Will never order from them again. Packaging arrived damaged also.

The shipping and every was great
The shipping and everything was great, fast and clear! But the head band is very thin so not very practical, the quality is not as i seen on review videos, and the thing that I really wasn’t expecting is the amount of hair the wig was losing the first time I wore it!:( very sad!

My hair was blonde going in had to take out the mixed tones however my hair was extremely yellow leaving the hair salon not good
