Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Recieved the envelope and instructions very quick and they even gave me an extension on my time to send my phone back. Once I'd sent it they kept me informed every step of the way and once they'd confirmed my phone had passed testing I recieved my money within the 5 days stated. Very happy and will use again

From phone being delivered to approved for payment is very fast and efficient. Receiving payment could be a bit quicker, but up to 5 working days is acceptable and you are clearly informed of that up front though.
