The payment has finally arrived in my account.

The payment itself is a side issue now as the service I have received from you has been awful.

You don’t acknowledge that I have been given the wrong information and that the payment wasn’t actioned on the date that I was told it would be.

I was patronised by box standard emails and asking me to check my bank details, when they were correct.

Finally somebody took ownership of my issues and got the situation sorted.

Would it be an idea to employ more people in your finance department as you seem short on staff to keep up with their work load as I can’t think of any other reason for not completing the payment as promised.

Again I should be compensated in view of the awful service received.

The Company were really quick to advise that they had received my phone when I posted this through to them and a day later they informed me that I would receive the full amount as expected. No corners cut, just a brilliant service.

First of all, I was very disappointed to receive a quote of £108 once my immaculately conditioned IPhone 7 Plus was ‘inspected’ by the trade in team. Initially, I had received a quote of £142, which seemed fair. However, I received an e-mail after the inspection and was surprised to learn they had discovered damage to the phone that was certainly not there when I carefully packaged the item. Regardless, I accepted the second offer, though three weeks later, was still awaiting payment, even though I was promised this within five working days. Not a very good service. However, after sending an email yesterday, I received a phone call from a very helpful lady named Jan, who promised to rectify the issue by the afternoon. The phone call lasted no more than a minute, with Jan ensuring me she would resolve the issue within hours and she fulfilled her promise. I only wish the ‘inspection team’ and payment department were willing to deliver as honest and speedy a service as she has. The two stars are for Jan. If it wasn’t for her, there would be none. I would avoid this service if you want efficient, honest service.

Exactly same as LJ said. I protected my old iPhone with case and screen protector. Then I upgraded and chose my upgrade based on the trade in value. Sent it off n got response that it wasn’t as described so offered me much less. Complete con and wouldn’t have gone ahead if I thought this would ever happen. Avoid and don’t use. Sell to somebody privately and avoid this company. Just about making money

As for the response below. I discussed it and explained my issues about the condition being good and not agreeing with the assessment. I accepted the offer as it said it would be anyway within 5 days and I don’t need the hassle as I have a baby on the way n much more important things to sort. You cannot put it back on the customer and say if I’d contacted you, you would have sorted it. Maybe you should have just offered the agreed price to start with instead of reducing my offer because of a biased opinion. My phone was in very good condition but got assessed purely to offer less and I hope people realise this will happen to them too and avoid using this company. Phoning me today to convince me to remove this despite not reviewing my case or offering what was initially agreed didn’t help either.

I spoke to Jan and she was very helpful. I had a query about a payment from nearly two years ago and she was very helpful and looked into it for me. I ended up getting my payment issue sorted within a few days after calling up. Great service.

Sent my perfect condition iPhone, been protected all it’s life under screen protectors and In cases. Apparently screen and bezel is heavily worn, which is a straight up lie, so deducted nearly half my money. Was told I’d receive money in 5 working days, now nearly two weeks later, 4 phone calls and 4 false promises, or should I say lies later and still no money. Avoid!!

I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 3.

I finally have the money I have been waiting for thanks to a particular staff member - Jan.
I would’ve kept my review as one if it wasn’t for her finally sorting it out. Wish the staff could have done what Jan did ages ago!

Payment was not made for trade in device and needed to follow this up on several occassions

Absolute Garbage wasn’t happy with trade in price for iPhone, phone returned and they kept charger. Apparently it’s part of their terms and conditions.
At least Richard Turpin the famous highwayman wore a mask. You will get better deal on the high street. Don’t waste your time. 😡😡
