Good morning
The engineer Carl attended our home this morning. Replaced a leaky valve on a radiator and tested the system. Thank you Carl

Engineer was efficient, tidy and quick. Also very polite and friendly.

Appointment was for between 1pm and 6pm but engineer didnt arrive until after 7pm

Arrived promptly, fixed a leak on the supply pipe to the tank in the loft, explained what was done. Very efficient and courteous.

Friendly and professional. Kept informed of arrival time. Efficient.

The guys arrived early, fixed the pipe and drain. Had to dig the front lawn up, left it neat and cleared up the mud on the driveway

Plumber was very efficient ans arrives within the time frame recommend

They came out and had a look they were friendly but were unable to do the repair i wasn't home so dont know excatly why they were unable to repair it. Thats the reason for 3 Stars.

Carl s sorted our cistern out and done a really good job 100%.

Received phone call from engineer Carl this morning to give me a time of arrival, no problems spot on time,explained what the job entailed, on checking the size of radiators found that 2 radiators were ordered the wrong way round,unfortunately the job could not be completed thanks to british gas ordering wrong,Carl explained that the 2 radiators would need to be reordered but could fit the three that was right,hopefully we will get Carl again to finish the job, Carl does a excellent job.

Excellent service from Simon who came out as my grid was overflowing outside. Identified and resolved the issue with the blocked manhole quickly and explained everything to me. Really lovely and friendly too! Thank you

Both were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Extremely polite, friendly, professional and genuinely nice guys. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept us informed throughout.

It's refreshing to have people turn up who take pride in their work and are such a pleasure to deal with.

Five stars because DynoRod came back to fix the job they attended last week which had not cleared the blockage.
Adam who did the work was excellent - knew his stuff and it felt he would not leave until it was completely sorted!
There was no charge for the recall and I would recommend him.

Honest company, didn't charge us for expensive work that we thought needed doing but didn't. Instead advised us what we could do much more cheaply and simply. Would call them again in the future.
