If there was an option for 0 stars I…
If there was an option for 0 stars I would have picked it, overcharged my elderly parent by £48.50, then tried to charge a further £70 to get drains cleaned after already billing them £198.50 British gas appointed them through there care plan and said maximum they should have paid was £150 to have toilet removed and all other works were covered by the plan.
SO I NEED TO BE HONEST HERE!
It turns out after 4 or 5 calls to British Gas the problem lays at there door on a miss sold policy. They have admitted this but have offered no help in resolving there actions. Keith from Dyno rod Edinburgh has been nothing but helpfull. I am only giving 3 stars as issue with drainage is still there at the moment but his guys are due on site today so hopefully they can get it resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We take concerns regarding pricing transparency and service charges for covered care plans very seriously as this was a service repair job the full home care policy was not in place, there fore access was not covered, this was not just a simple unblock and has turned out to be a complicated job. We will fully investigate the billing details of this visit and review in way to resolve this.

I had a recurring issue with my drain
I had a recurring issue with my drain. They put a camera down after clearing the blocjage and found roots. It took 30 to 40 minutes to remove them. A full barrow liad.
