The engineer’s Connor and Chris came on time and in a cheerful mood. They Fixed the leaky taps in record time and did an amazing job. I am so grateful to them. I would definitely recommend them if you want a professional job well done and with no fuss.

Marcus came to repair toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. Very polite and professional, explaining all aspects of the job which he completed quickly without fuss.
***Had to recall Dyno as toilet not flushing properly. Apparently the flush was connected incorrectly and there was a piece of excess tube that had been left floating in cistern and it had got stuck in mechanism which stopped the cistern from refilling properly. Very disappointed ☹️ ***

Had Alex came out to replace bathroom taps and small leak under the sink on Friday 27th September in the afternoon. He was so polite got the job done very quickly excellent customer service I will highly recommended him as he is a credit to the company and knew exactly what he was doing thank you so much Alex your a STAR

Alex came out to repair a plumbing issue, under my Homecare cover with British Gas.

He quickly fixed the leaking taps issue, and replaced the valves with more sturdier ones.

I also pointed out another plumbing issue with the toilet, he quickly diagnosed this and fixed in no time at all. Furthermore, Alex noticed some rusty bolts on the toilet which he replaced to prevent leak issues in future.

All done with a smile and courtesy - Alex put on shoe protectors and vacuumed after the job to leave things as he found them.

The response to this non-urgent problem was the next working day.
Although the time slot was 8-6, we were told we would get a call before the plumber arrived. We had a helpful 20 minute notice.
The plumber was friendly and polite. He explained what he was doing and sorted out the tap quickly, leaving no mess.

The plumber Connor arrived within my allocated time and his work and customer service were excellent.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by the engineer Connor. Unlike some other engineers who haven't always been attentive or eager to work, Connor stood out. He tirelessly worked to identify a leak in the kitchen, which was likely coming from the bathroom but was not identified by previous engineers. He explored all possible alternatives until he found the issue, clearly explaining everything and providing guidance on the next steps. Besides his competence, Connor proved to be a very polite, respectful person with great energy. Five stars for Connor!
