Lovely guy came today from your company..called Lee, told him the problem I was having in the bath room...not a problem he explained what he would be doing...got on with the job...left everything clean and tidy...did a great job....well done 👍

Top company, came early morning swifty to fix leakage, done a nice clean job and off they go. THANKYOU SOO MUCH!

A fantastic service from the lovely lady whom asked us a convenient time to attend to our problem.Time agreed and an uplifting, delightful call from engineer Jimmy saying he was on his way. On arrival opened the door to The Most Loviest Man:- JIMMY!!! Caring and understanding around our toilet issues and an all round great bloke. Guy called Jimmy attended a job for British Gas Homecare who basically became frustrated that he couldn't complete the job and became destructive, causing an additional leak, burning our floor, burning our wall, burning our skirting board and leaving us without heating in our lounge.

Completely unacceptable with a toddler in the house.

Currently having issues trying to arrange someone to fix the additional leak he caused when he became destructive and expected to pay an excess for it all too!

Absolutely shocking

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company providing a service.
Dynorod do not use quality materials and will just do what is easiest for them.
Make sure you know what they are going to do before any work is commenced, or you may regret the outcome.
During the more than the two months I spent without a working toilet, Dynorod sent a second person who thought it was appropriate to swear at myself and my son using the worst swear word, which I obviously cannot repeat on this review.
Because this Dynorod person's behaviour was so vile I politely asked him to leave my property.
I don't expect any professional in my home to abuse myself and my son in this manner.
To date nothing has been done about this vile situation.
How dare you send such an ill tempered and abusive person into people's homes.
Especially when the work carried out is already below par.
Clearly Dynorod believe that both poor standard of work and exceptionally poor attitude are acceptable!
This was another reason not to use this unprofessional company.
Because the work they carried out was so poor, I had to make a complaint and asked a manager to visit my property.
Unfortunately, this reasonable request was refused and was told by customer service that if i wanted to wait for a manager to attend my property then they would regard that as unreasonable and was threatened that they would close my complaint down, instead they told me i would have to have the original person back!
If you need a plumber I recommend that you use a local qualified watersafe plumber.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!
Or you will definitely regret it, I am certainly sorry I ever allowed them into my home.
However, I certainly will never make the same mistake again.

Both the engineers who worked on our leaking hot water cylinder did an excellent job. I cannot praise them enough.

Excellent service from Dynorod. Arranged appointment for replacement of shower pump at short notice and engineer carried out very professional replacement. Highly recommend

Had a problem which lasted 3 days, because other problems arose along the way, but the service received was first class starting with the Staff on the phone, all the drainage team were fabulous but the plumber Steve went well above and beyond to find a solution for the issues which is now all sorted, absolutely fabulous

Leaky shower and water ingress in next door room - needed a replacement shower bar - Dyno-Rod gave text updates of when engineer was en-route. Lee came and sorted this out and explained where the water was coming from, fixed the new shower bar and checked for leakage - prompt, personable and professional - highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the service I recieved and the whole conpany from the manager to the plumber who came to fix the issue(Lee) could not be more helpful and person centered. They were kind, knowledgeable and just treated me and the issue with respect and kindness. I am very grateful and will be returning should I have further issues. Ivett Racz

A great service - fitted new radiator and valve. Engineer (Munam) was really friendly and good at his job. Helped sort out a mistake by British Gas service engineer who broke a tap/valve on boiler.

Couldn't have been happier with the service. Plumber arrived on the same day we reported the problem. Assessed it quickly, made a repair and gave us photos of the damage so we could go back to our builder. Absolute top quality from start to finish

Excellent service from our Dynorod plumber, Munam, this morning. Polite, diligent and fixed our problem without fuss

I booked an appointment next day but the next day have been told that no engineer is available and had to be postponed to day after. The day after an engineer had a look and said the water tap needs to be changed and they don't have new one. So I ended up calling another private plumber to do the job, and was very disappointed with Dyno for the wasted time for nothing!

I spoke to James who was dealing with the weekend side of dyno rod. I rang many times not being able to get through. What i was most impressed with was James called me reaching out knowing id called several times on couldnt get through. Never had that before happen. Specially on a weekend. A very friendly and so helpful. I wish most people I talked to were as professional and helpful as James. Dealt with my issue and got a call back from James with and update. I wish all my calls went this well. I hope James gets to see this message. Id just like to say Thank you James for today.

Had a leaking radiator. Munam came out to fix it . He was very polite and wore shoe coverings whilst inside. He also looked at my shower unit as one of the cartridges was leaking. He will source the part and get me a quote for the job

Shocking service, don’t know where all these positive reviews have come from. 9 visits in and they still haven’t sorted my water pressure issue. Left me with a hole in my garden for almost two weeks!! 2 piles of rubble leaning against a wooden fence in this weather, probably rotting the fence. No apology from Op’s Manager Darren. He’s awful, he cancelled the plumber who was apparently on his was to my home today because I raised my voice and swore out of frustration, because they were not sending anyone with the plumber to fill in the hole. Apparently “Dyno Rod dont touch a spade,” they have to get a contractor to do the digging and filling in. Darren wouldn’t give me a managers name so I could complain, saying he was the manager. Obviously he has a manager, whose name I wanted. Didn't tell me he’d cancelled the plumber who was apparently on his way. He told BG he was “worried for the safety of the plumber.” Im a female, I didn't make any threats, nothing to worry about at all. Just a ploy from a snowflake to try and put me in my place for daring to raise my voice. Anyway, don’t waste your time or money with these. Poor workmanship and 0 customer service.
