The personalised photo is great but this is my second case and this one is not such great quality and not the black impact ordered. Only realised when asked to take photos for website. Disappointed

Ordered a couple of personalised items, for 21st bday, contacted Henry to enquire on progress & said that if they were unable to supply in time to cancel my order. Was assured that this would be prioritised & all arrived after event. As these items have 21 on, they will be of no use for any other occasion. Have been refunded less than half of costs. Won’t be using again

Great customer service
I ordered some personalised wrapping paper for my husbands birthday and wasn’t sure if it would get here in time. Henry replied promptly to my email and expedited my shipping to 24 hours and it got here well in time to wrap the presents. The wrapping paper is of exceptional quality and I had so much left over which was great. I’m really happy. Thank you so much!
No replies about an update for my order
I’ve been trying to get an update about an order for over a week with no reply, I ordered at the beginning of June. At first there was a delay for the care but now I’m getting no response. Already gave them a second chance by ordering again. All I would like is an update.

Ordered a phone case , no delivery within 2 weeks. Emailed Henry - said the printer was broken and would be sent out the next week. Chased again , no phone case. Finally got a refund today. DO NOT USE

Ordered over a month ago - still not received
Ordered a personalised phone case, chased after a week as order still said confirmed. Reply from Henry saying there had been staff sickness, but would get order shipped out same day. Received nothing after a week so chased again and was told there was an error with the artwork and the graphic designer was looking into it. Nothing received after a further 8 days so emailed asking for a refund. Four days on no response received. So after a month since my order, no phone case and no refund. Shame as I have bought from here previously but won’t be doing so again.

Order 3 personalised items
Order 3 personalised items. One came in post. When I contacted customer service to ask about the other 2 items they stated that the printer was broken. And it will be fixed and shipped out ASAP. I am still waiting for this. I ordered on the 6th June. There has been no communication. I have messaged multiple times and had probably 2 responses. I wouldn’t have known the order was delayed unless I contacted them. It was a gift to my nan. The money has been taken out my bank but no order?
Absolute shambles.

Waited over a month for delivery after…
Waited over a month for delivery after being told there was a problem with the printer. When the case finally arrived it was nothing like the quality of the previous case I had purchased from dyefor. The colours were completely washed out, I’ve now had no response to my request for a refund. I wouldn’t bother again, terrible service.

The monogrammed phone case for my wife’s phone looks great. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was as it took about 4 weeks to arrive from ordering. I did receive an email saying it was delayed due to some technical issues they were having and I was offered the choice of a full refund or to simply wait for it. Glad I decided to wait it looks great and she’s well happy with it

I still haven’t received my personalised photo phone case, your confirmation email states 3-5 days and it’s been well over that now l, and no reply to my email chasing my order even though it received an auto reply saying you will be in touch with me in 2-3 working days, it’s been 5! I even tried to contact you on the online chat to be told to allow you 24 hours to get back to me and it’s been 3 days since that! I don’t understand why you won’t respond to me. I chose you again for a personalised phone case as the previous one for my old phone was perfect. If you cannot complete my order for whatever reason then please kindly refund my payment and I will try elsewhere. Please contact me as I have had no choice now but to leave a review like this to get your attention. Thank you Leanne

Order 3 phone cases, was told product was delivered but nothing had arrived as I was at home that day the apparently delivered them, Emailed customer services straight away to receive a standard reply I have emailed 3 times since and also contacted Royal Mail who can’t accessible the tracking information as there isn’t any

I initially placed one order for…
I initially placed one order for personalised wrapping paper & matching banner on the buy 2 get one free deal which was great no problem.
So i placed another order for my twin grandchildren the following week i had to prompt where it was as it hadn't arrived after a week. When it arrived I had ordered 2 lots of paper n 2 banners but only one of the banners was in the bag, so I emailed straight away which was a Saturday no response so emailed again on Sunday n then again Monday morning they finally responded on Tuesday asking had it arrived separately, this was the day of their birthdays do I then could not use one banner without the other.
When I asked to be refunded he told me he couldn't as I had received it as a free item. I ordered 4 items paid for 3 but only received 3 so one of those items should have been free but they have not replied to my emails just ignored them.
I will mot be using this company again.

Cases not as described on website and poor customer service
Phone cases with printed backs clear on the sides, so colour of the phone shoes through. It is a good job my phone is black other wise it would not have matched the coloured case. I also ordered a snowman case which looked like it had a white background but it is clear, so rather than a white snow scene it looks like a night time snow scene - good job my phone is not yellow as that would have looked odd! None of this was clear on the website.
Order took too long to arrive - ordered on 25/05 and finally arrived on 03/06. I assume the delay was because two of the cases were customised, although, if this were the case, then it should mention likely delivery times on the website. Neither were any of my messages answered when trying to contact the company via the chat, nor the email I sent either / poor customer care too!
I disagree with your reply. Whilst it says the snowman case is clear in the last sentence of the description, it is NOT shown as a clear case in the pictures, and it is the pictures that are the first thing people see. It is shown as a.) having a white background and b.) having black sides. The other two cases I purchased also show as having black sides which they have not - they are clear too. This is misleading.
I note your offer of credit on the shipping, but you are, or should be if you had checked my order, aware that I did not pay shipping costs as my order was over the minimum value, so this offer is pointless. Neither have you made any reference to the chat messages and email that you ignored too.
