Absolutely excellent. Hirakshi was amazing, very professional, communication skills brilliant and very friendly. A stress free experience.
My thanks again for your help . Throughly recommended .

Throughout our process of getting our mortgage we couldn’t fault Dutton Gregory but when it came to completion we had issues that were out of our control but were firmly in theirs.

They then proceeded to lie to us on the phone multiple times and also avoid our phone calls until we persisted in calling for updates as it was going to effect our completion date.

Other than the issues with completion they were a very good solicitor to liase with but they did take a bit of prompting from me and my partner to inform us if there was any information needed in our application for our mortgage.

I found Dutton Gregory from a research online. I needed a solicitor for my divorce. I am 100% satisfied with their support. They were quick to do the job and to respond to all the emails. I am particularly grateful to Jonathan Whettingsteel who was able to explain the procedure in a simple manner to me so I understand. Also, I moved to Italy and I was to do everything online.

Couldn’t recommend them enough! Hirakshi was wonderful throughout the whole process even after so many delays (that were not in our control) she always responded to our queries in a very timely manner. Reassured us throughout the whole process and made our first time buying experience as stress free as possible.

Kirsty Peto, at Dutton Gregory, handled the sale of our Buy to Let with the same efficiency, friendliness and professionalism she exhibited when handling the sale of three other houses for us. It was a pleasure dealing with her, as always

Great service from Amanda Watts. Swift responses to our questions, always ready for a quick call to clarify more complex issues, had our backs when negotiating.

Fast and efficient and responsive. It was a pleasure working with Amy and Nathalie in particular!

Marc Mediratta rapidly assessed our contract need with me and efficiently and helpfully pulled every thing together for us. Calling whenever needed and being very accessible. A great trusted service and completely fair pricing structure.

As first time buyers the process to purchasing a home can be incredibly daunting - I can’t thank Hirakshi enough for being so patient & on the ball, she had our best interests at heart the whole way through the transaction & it was so reassuring that she was so communicative & proactive. Thank you so much for helping us through almost 12 months of new build delays & stress!! We were very close to missing out on the SDLT deadline due to building delays & setbacks with the development but Hirakshi kept us in the loop the whole way through & got us over the line with two days to spare. Would absolutely use her again!! Thank you for everything, Zoe & Jacob

Jason was pragmatic and professional in dealing with a difficult Conveyancer on the purchase side. With all house sales, the final exchange is the critical period and due to holiday, Jason made sure that Lily picked up and handled in his absence. Lily was excellent and handled the final exchange, provided appropriate updates and really helped in making sure the deal got across the line.

Was a pleasure to deal with them and gives confidence to know that they have good support available, to ensure clients are not exposed when holidays occur.

Katie has been absolutely amazing. Super proactive and great at communication. This is the second time we have used Dutton Gregory and I can’t fault them. It was really lovely to have such a personalised service and feel really looked after during what can be a really stressful time.

In 2024, I used Dutton Gregory twice. Once to support a separation agreement for employment with a company of over 30 years with respect to redundancy, and laterly in the year for a contract employment agreement.

In both cases, they were extremely professional and helpful. Fantastic to work with and a solution both times that I'm very pleased with.

I would like to highly recommend Hirakshi at the Woking office of Dutton Gregory!

She kept my sister and I fully informed throughout the sale of our mum’s house, and aware that we needed a quick completion to satisfy the Care Home, was very proactive and efficient throughout the conveyancing process which greatly reduced our stress and worries.

Communications were always clear and polite, and completion was achieved by 10am on the agreed day, with the proceeds being distributed accurately and in a timely fashion, according to our wishes.

Hirakshi is clearly a very dedicated individual, and an asset to her employers… thanks Hirakshi!

Thank you Dutton Gregory. Katie Ma'am and her team was always assisting me and helpful whenever needed on my first home purchase.

We couldn't have asked for a more professional and understanding solicitor as Shannon Montgomery. She was quick, efficient and empathic in her work and we were very pleased with all she did for us and her generosity.

Thank you, Shannon, you're a credit to your firm.

I have engaged with a number of legal practices over time, but Marc Mediratta of Dutton Gregory surpassed all others. Timely and efficient as well as knowledgeable. They met a difficult deadline with confidence and kept us in the picture all along the way.

Dutton Gregory is a correct professional company, with no hidden cost. Special thank you for Clare Hitching, she is super kind, patient to answer all your question and explain everything to you, and super quick too. I highly recommend them!

Dutton Gregory helped my company through a complex management buy out. Marc was first class. He led us through the paperwork which was produced ahead of schedule and spent time with us to make sure we understood the options and implications. He was also very nice to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the company to any one else looking for such services

I can highly recommend Amanda and all the team at Dutton Gregory. We went with the recommendation from our mortgage broker and did not regret! Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Superb service and quick responses led to completion within 2 months from start to finish our first house purchase. Thank you so much!
