We had to evict a very difficult tenant in order to complete the sales of the property. There was a year of struggle before we started the legal process with Dutton Gregory. Although the tenant tried to make the process as difficult as possible for us, Beverley and her team helped us to navigate through the process giving professional legal advice. It has been a year since we started the process and we have just evicted the tenant. Although we still have to deal with the belongings she left behind over the next two weeks, we are relieved to regain the possession of the property. We are grateful to the DG team and would highly recommend them to landlords who need legal support.

Unfortunately, my experience with Nicky Marsh, who was appointed as my conveyancing solicitor, was disappointing. As a first-time buyer, I found her email communication to be unnecessarily rude, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Additionally, I found it extremely difficult to get in touch by phone, despite repeated attempts over several months

Don't waste your time.

I sent them an email over a week ago explaining my situation and asking if they thought my case was worth pursuing, and have had no reply. I'd have been fine with a simple "no, sorry we don't think you have a case here", but to not reply at all is just rude and unprofessional.
