From my initial enquiry with Ken some 18months ago , to the final order stage with the surveyor Adam and then Willow in the office , I can highly recommend this company . Answers received promptly, efficient, friendly and professional at all times. Eagerly awaiting the supply and fit of the floating corner post door to make the new room complete !

Very helpful and friendly staff - Both Lucy and Coral were so helpful in finding me a spare roller/hinge unit for a 13 yr old bifold door. I would definitely recommend this company!

I visited the showroom to discuss patio doors and a window for a development project and Jon Wade was extremely helpful with his knowledge about the different door and window opportunities. He has handled my queries well by email also and overall it was a great experience. Ordering by email is ok but a visit to the showroom was so, so helpful.

Lucy from the Sales Team really helped me with all details regarding my window order. The quality of the window is great, good value for money and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend the company.

Needed replacement parts from a previous order over 10 years ago. Coral was fantastic in tracking down the original order and helping to resolve the issue. Really helpful, thank you very much.

Just placed our third order for secondary double glazing from Duration Windows in Canvey Island as so pleased with the product and the excellent service we received from Ken Dantes Mortimer. We returned to this branch requesting specifically to be assisted by Ken as he has such extensive knowledge,

I contacted Coral to try to locate and purchase some replacement handles. My request was dealt with very swiftly and accurately with items in the post the same night. Very east to do business with. Recommended.

My project is the upgrade from W20 steel windows to suitable thermally broken windows in a part 16th C -part 17th C Yeoman's House. Jon Wade at Duration has been very helpful in providing information, drawings and samples to help us firstly decide on the suitability of particular frames in proportion and design, and in providing supporting info to accompany our Listed Building Consent application.
Jon has been friendly and speedy with responses in assisting us to this stage.

My husband is a carpenter and general builder and we've been working together to do secondary glazing installation for the first time. Coral was an incredible help figuring out the best choices for the project and ensuring that we were sending the details and the measurements in the way that they needed. Really appreciate the extra time she gave, excited to see the windows!

I booked an appointment at Duration's Canvey showroom to find out what my options were to replace the windows and doors on my house.
I was met by Ken who was courteous, professional and had an excellent and in depth knowledge of all the products. He asked intelligent questions to determine my requirements and was able to point out the best options for me, as well as how to avoid those little pitfalls that may not occur to you when planning. Great experience. Thank you.
