Dubai First - such an unethical organization ever seen. Aamir Khan - a sales rep (Master in Art of bluffing) takes advantage of customer time to submit documents and sign-up application and then put you in trap. Credit card sold with a commitment of no annual fee and there comes your surprise in a gift box (card statement). I reported to the bank about this unresponsive, unethical and opportunist sales rep and the so-called solution from the bank was to look in to it and I am wondering how is that going to help solving my problem. I decided to immediately pay the actual expenses incurred on the card and cancel it. Bank threatens to have this annual fee accumulated with further interests in the coming days and may affect my ICV rating. While I have several bank cards offered with transparency and genuine dealing I prefer to go with them and leave this Dubai First, which is worthless. My humble requests to new applicants to refrain from getting into any type of business with this bank that will bomb you in future which you aren't solely responsible for.

Dubai first is trying to rob its cutometer. They are selling the card as lifetime free credit cared and all of sudden they implementing annual fee on the cards with out my consent then again adding interest on the annual fee and keep quite until its reach to some big amount with out notifying the customer by email or sms. After its reaches a big amount keep calling from the bank to pay the due and then coming for a settlement amount. I would say rather than doing all these better to go for a bank robbery to make money that is much decent than doing all these things. I will never recommend anybody to take any of dubaifirst products.

They're wrongly charging hidden and putting interest amount for that, and last couple of months they even adding the amount which I used & pay it back within same month before statement date. I have visited to their branch many times to make correct it, simply they're saying it's IT mistake will rectify and asking to keep paying minimum amount with interest which is out by their mistake.

Please I strongly suggest don't used any credit card, even if you have just cancel it. There are many hidden charges they're adding in statement..

I was been told that this is life time free card . No annual fees.
I was charged Annual fees and that also in the start .

Please don't buy Dubai First credit card.

Even their customer service is very Rude.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the charges on my credit card bill. These charges were not disclosed to me during the application process, despite being told that the card was free with no annual fees. I was surprised to find charges on my first bill and feel misled by the marketing strategy used by Dubai First.
Additionally, I am disappointed with the response I received from customer service, who told me that I am obligated to pay the charges.

It’s wonderful card. It’s worth paying annual fees: 350 aed can be easily earn every month.

Every month i earn very good cash back on aed basis not rewards and points basis i really glad to use this credit card and fab bank sales representative person mr waqas baloch he is very professional banker i really appreciate this person because he explained about card features.thank you

Thanks to Mr. Senthilkumar Elumalai who gave this card to me from Dubai First.This is one of the best Cash Back Card available in the market, I have been using Cash Back cards for more than 13 years in UAE and many of the Card company changes their rules or keep targets unrealistic to achieve to get into the higher slab. Dubai First stands out as an exception and it is very easy for anyone to make between AED 300 - 350 on a monthly basis. So it is worth to pay the Annual Fees for the card. Would strongly recommend everyone to use this card which has no strings attached.

This bank staffs will not survive with this cheating... No. 1 frauds... They will not get any happiness in life.

What a product I got which has a very excellent features specially the cash back.
I really thanks to Jai Gopal for offering a very classic card and which is always providing at least AED 200 plus cash back on monthly.

Jai is very helpfull guy... Did all paperwork and helped me with some credit card issues. This credit card cash back is excelent...only this initial fee a bit high but I recovered on the first month. Jai Gopal is very professional and respond quickly for any clarification or help needed.

I feel proud to mention about sales executive Jai Gopal who offered me Dubai first card. When he approach me for the card. He is very professional, he handled all my product queries and till day whenever I have any query, he always respond quickly. I wanted to say that he is one of the best in customer service and professionalism,providing accurate information to me. I will recomend him for excellent customer service, product transparency. Bank should proud to have this kind of sales force.

To be honest, I have had different experiences with this DF credit card. The good things is that Jai Gopal is always available to try to solve any doubt or concern that you can have by providing the right way to go. He is a very professional person and customer care profile.
The bad thing is that the cashback rules were changed during the period of the use. Before the cashback was 5% in online shopping (whatever) and some presential and 1% in others with a limitation of maximum cashback of 3000 AED per month. Now they only give you 6% cashback for supermarkets and some online, 3% in others and 1% in others (not sure which one is) but the worst thing is that the new limit is just 400 AED per month.

So to be honest I did this credit card because the online school fee payment would be great cashback ( as explained) but finally is limited so the business case was destroyed.

In addition, they gave me the opportunity to make payments in different statements automatically by the app and suddenly I cannot do it and I need to call them and complain then they ask for approval and solve it. Things can easier…

In general we can say that is good but is not fair change the rules in the middle of the game.

The sale person cheated me that there is no charge on the card. It is free for life card. I called for the cancellation of card then they told me that there is charge of 419 AED need to pay. After that they will cancel the card. I told him that your sale person cheated and misguided me about this. Haven't inform about this.

More interesting that you will not receive sms or email about your statement. You will not know unless you call the customer services.

Please don't believe on sale person never ever. Also don't trust Dubai First credit card.

Hi, I would like to express how happy I’m with my FAB credit card, which give me most of the times 6% cash back and is so easy to redeem the money.
But the most important for me is to recognize all professionalism, care and commitment of Jai Gopal who made all the process so I could get the card. Since the first day I talked to him, he always provided me all necessary information, clarifying my doubts and helping me every time I need. He is always available, even when it was night and I was in another country and realized I lost my card. I sent him a message because I was really worried specially being out of Dubai and he replied immediately instructing me on how to proceed and block the card. I really recommend this card and specially Jai Gopal to get it! Thank you so much for everything!!!

This DUBAI FIRST BANK subsidary of FAB giving false and fake commitments to the customers saying that this card will be a lifetime free card, Even if you dont activate the card they will activate it from the bank side to make you to pay the payment of annual fees 420 AED . You will not receive any update/statement information for three months in the Email/SMS. They will corner you with additional late payment fees and the signed documents to make the payment. This kind of policies in the bank will spoil its own name among the customers

The salesperson cheated me by saying the card was free for life after 1000 aed purchase of first month. Card recived after one month and the worst part is after receiving the card activation the app itself showing 419 aed Outstanding due.
Wondering the Bank simply cheating poor customers with help of smart sales person.
And not even received any notification/ sms.

I contacted customer care they said that's our policy and that we will start the financial process once we receive it on our system (not even bothering the card is received/activated by the customer.)
