My time in Bhutan was amazing and special and a once in a life time experience! My Guide Ashi and Driver Gen were one of the most amazing people I could have had with me while I was there on my own. Ashi knew all the history and facts about the country and was able to fill my brain up with soooo much knowledge about Bhutan and its people. All the Bhutanese people were super nice they all do what they can to make your service impeccable! Thank you again for this beautiful experience it’s something for everybody to see!

I had a wonderful time in Bhutan, thanks to Druk Asia. The trip was smooth from start to finish, and I always felt well taken care of. NT, our guide, was excellent — warm, insightful, and fun to travel with. And Sangey, our driver, was incredibly skilled and patient, making us feel safe on every winding road.

We are group of friends eager to get to know Buthan closer. Our expirience with Druk Asia was excelent and our tour gide Ugyen was great, much better thet we expeted. He was very profesional, full of knowledge but also fan. He managed to meet and fulfill all our wishes. Also the driver was great.We loved every step of Buthan.
The only suggestion is to improve selection of hotels, esspecialy in Punakha and Paro.

Guide and driver were excellent. Accomodated for our short itinerary of 4 days and made the absolute most of it for a wonderful experience.

The itinerary is flexible, so depending on how your day goes you may add or remove from it, or even make a detour if something doesn't quite go to plan - we were able to visit Tachog Lhakhang because of this.

Everything is aligned with the itinerary so its always good to know that everything is under control since the airport arrival and see your guide and driver waiting for you and all the places to visit.

Planning for the trip was fuss free and well coordinated. We had a very knowledgeable guide and superb driver who took very good care of us! Heartfelt thanks to Sangay, Ugyen and Lhendup!

I recently travelled to Bhutan with Druk Asia for 10 nights along with my daughter, son-in-law, and 1-year-old grandson. We had the most wonderful time. Our guide, Chencho, and driver, Lhendup, were attentive and kind throughout the trip. Even when I fell sick for a couple of days, Chencho quickly helped me get medication—even in the remote area of Gangtey—which made me feel much better. We were truly impressed by how efficient and caring the service was! On occasions where I struggled to climb steps, Chencho patiently assisted and encouraged me every step of the way.

Lhendup was also very caring and attentive. He helped us a lot in taking care of my grandson and he is one of the best drivers we have ever encountered. There was no motion sickness even throughout the long hours of travelling along the winding roads.

Everyone we met in Bhutan was incredibly friendly and hospitable, constantly offering us butter tea and snacks wherever we went. The landscape was breathtakingly beautiful, and the country itself was so clean and peaceful. All the hotels we stayed in were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The vegetables were fresh and other local dishes were so well prepared.

Overall, the trip was fantastic. Even as an elderly traveller, I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and so did my young grandson. Druk Asia is undoubtedly one of the best Bhutan tour agencies.

Their service and experience are truly top-notch. Highly recommended! And Bhutan is a place where everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime!

Chencho Lham, our guide, was well-informed and very helpful and Thinley Dorji was an excellent driver. The peace and quiet of Bhutan was very welcome and we appreciated the ubiquitous greenery due to the extensive forest cover. Visiting the numerous temples and Dzongs made me realize that Buddhism is much more complex than I thought and I look forward to deepening my knowledge. Particularly memorable were the monks consulting their mobile phones.

This review focuses more on my guide and driver rather than Bhutan itself, since we all know Bhutan is amazing!
I had the most incredible guide and driver for my trip. TP was incredibly knowledgeable and almost always had an answer whenever I had a question. He was very accommodating and tailored the trip specifically for me. On one occasion, I casually mentioned a local temple right across from my hotel that wasn’t on the itinerary and that our day was supposed to be over. Without hesitation, he said, “Let me take you there,” so I could receive a blessing for my son. I could tell he genuinely meant it, although I also felt like he was trying to ease any guilt I might feel for making a last-minute request ‘after hours.’ It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture.
Both TP and Kilzang quickly picked up on my food preferences and always tried to order dishes they thought I would enjoy. Even though we often ate separately, they would share what they were having by bringing a plate over if they thought I’d like it.
They both felt like family. Kilzang, in particular, had a quiet, big-brother, protective vibe and somehow knew exactly what I’d want to see, experience, or photograph. He was always prepared—ready with an umbrella or whatever I might need before I even realized it. He would sometimes stop suddenly at unexpected spots, and I was always grateful for those moments.
On my last day, they surprised me with the Kira I had worn a few days earlier. That sweet, thoughtful gift truly touched my heart.
I’m so grateful we were paired together on this trip—it honestly felt like it was meant to be!

Druk Asia took note of our preferences such rooms with good views, dietry preferences. This contributed greatly to our experience. Our guide Sang Ye is very knowledgable ( as we requested). None of our questions remained unanswered. Driver Tian Din is very caring and helpful. They went beyond their call of duty to make us feel comfortable and safe. This trip was amazing- beyond our expectations.

The whole booking process was good. Sangay Dorji was extremely patient and responsive to my numerous emails which helped me finalise my plans. Once I reached beautiful Bhutan I was well taken care of by both my guide Choki and the driver Kinley. Both of them were true gentlemen and took care of everything. I would highly recommend Druk Asia if you’re considering a trip to Bhutan.

Kuzuangpola, we had a wonderful time in Bhutan. Driver , Hapa and Guide , Ugyen were professional and very knowledgeable. We felt safe in the car riding on rough roads. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. They worked well together to inform our day's itinerary and make suggestions to rearrange our schedule so we can utilise our time efficiently.

Ugyen was very patient to walk behind us and offered a helping hand when required and brought us nuts for the hike to tiger's nest, which gave us extra energy and made the hike much easier and enduring.

On the last day, they brought us to the local market for last minute shopping and offered to help us pack the items in our luggages before our departure to the airport.

Finally, i want to thank Sonam, who was very quick in his responses and finalised our trip given within 2 weeks before our departure to Bhutan.

Bhutan is beautiful with lots of fresh air. The guide helped us to arrange for a school visit upon our request, which was very memorable. Hotels and food are decent but there was lack of protein like tofu and nuts for my husband and daughter who are vegans. Guide brought to s mart to get the nuts and tried to find tofu in the market but to no avail. Overall, the trip was great.

DrukAsia organized a perfect 2 week long trip in Western and Central Bhutan for us. The communication with the agency before the trip was very efficient, the final itinerary was totally according to our wishes, varied and flexible, with different options to choose from each day. Our guide and driver were very good and took excellent care of us, and we saw and did many wonderfull things Bhutan. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this agency again!

I had no regrets booking this trip! The entire process was fuss-free. Sangay, who handled my queries and booking via email, was responsive and efficient. I travelled solo, but my guide, Yeshey Dema, and driver, Sangay, quickly put me at ease. They were both friendly, always greeting me with warm smiles and ensuring I was well taken care of throughout the journey.

Yeshey is a knowledgeable guide who shared insightful information about Bhutanese culture and daily life as we visited various places. She has a great sense of humour, and I truly enjoyed our conversations along the way. She's also a wonderful photographer, always ready to help capture memorable moments. During the hikes, she made sure I felt safe and well-supported at all times. Sangay is a calm, steady, and skilful driver — every ride felt smooth and safe, even along the winding mountain roads. I really appreciated the genuine interactions and thoughtful care from both of them.

I also loved breathing in fresh mountain air and enjoying little treats along the way — like the sweet mini strawberries we picked during our nature hike in Gangtey and the drive from Thimphu to Punakha. Two unforgettable highlights were hiking to the iconic Tiger’s Nest and enjoying a peaceful picnic lunch at the stunning Phobjikha Valley. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking!
