I bought a pair of Dr Martens after having previously owned a pair which gave good service for many years. The new pair, however, are absolute rubbish! After only light use, the sole delaminated and came unstuck from the shoe. I complained, only to be told that the warranty was only for one year. They were just 14 months old.
I took the shoe to a shoe repair shop where I was told it was a common problem with Dr Martens.

I have placed an orderas a quest through your website but have not received an order confirmation email or an order number.. please help as ill be in london for two days only

Sfandard delivery it's 3-5 working days,they msnaged to despatch TODAY snd even not reached the ROYAL MAIL warehouse!
What a blattant service!!!HOW MSNY DAYS do they need to send s single box of shoes?!! NEVER AGAIN
Ordered the wrong size by mistake,,wanted to cancel the order,no success.My question is,if the order IS NOT despatched yet,what's the problem to log in to the system and just make the changes?! Not to mention that before someone picked up my call,I was on hold for 30 min.!!! And 23 min.at my first attemption to get in touch with them .Absolute desgrace of bad trained CS,hope the shoes are good at least.

I wouldn't even give them one star. The services we have received has been appalling. I have emailed and called them several times about the damage the shoes have caused both of my daughters. Both of my daughters have had the skin taken off their heels by a pair of their shoes after 5 mins of wear and they both have had to wear soft shoes since with padded plasters over their heels to be able to walk in any shoes since. Customer services response is well you need to break them in first. How can they be broken in if after 5 mins of wear they have ripped the skin of their heels. Customer services have said its not their problem. The service i and my mother have received has been appalling. I have never experience this problem with previous shoes I have bought from them but I will NOT buy another pair of their shoes again in future after the service i have received.

All good! Shoes are fantastic, look like new after 6 months now. Thanks Dr. Martens!

I received a faulty product! Leather failed on my made in england 1461 after I used them 4 times for no more than 20 minutes each, I did not even break them in yet!!

Good afternoon, with this email I am asking for the return of the order 8244960 as defective.

After I bought a pair of Dr. Martens for my partner and another pair for my brother (as their birthday present), I decided to buy a pair for myself as I started to like their classy style and their reliability.

I so ordered them in December and received them the 3rd of January at the Bristol post office, I picked them up only the 11th as I was out of the country by that time.

At the day of today, my Dr.Martens are in unacceptable condition after I dressed them just at most 3 or 4 times for a short period of time (as they are painful at the beginning).

I want to specify that my partner's Dr. Martens are in really good shape and condition after one year of everyday usage (not even comparable with mine) and that I would ask for an exchange rather than a refund but I saw on your website that you do not do that.
