I bought a pair of Dr Martens Voss Quad platform sandals about 3 weeks ago and I cant believe how much they are wearing away on the bottoms. I bought them from Selfridges but they cannot replace them as they don't have stock. Dr Marten stores have stock but will not exchange them. Extremely dissapointed with the quality & now have a pair of faulty sandals which I cannot exchange! I was hoping for better service from Dr Martens & Selfridges

Today i received my hello kitty x dm's today :3 they arrived safely and packaging was cute! very comfy!
Really happy with them and arrived on time as expected. Had extra white laces with them since i have pink ribbon laces on them, i decided to have one boot with white laces and the other with pink to match the hello kitty vibe!
Thank you dr martens! :) will be buying more from you very soon

Item never turned up, took weeks to get a refund

love all my docs. latest are white glitter boots in the sale. they are so comfy.. have aimilita in leather and suede. vonda (comfiest softest flat boots ever by the way!). cherry smooth. persephone heeled boots(best high heeled boots ever.. after using a softener spray and thick socks for a few days indoors first..canvas..sandals. and more..every pair i have i still own and wear. first pair bought over 25 years ago..all soles intact and leather is still good too. and my feet are lovely from not wearing cheap pointy shoes!.

We have been as a three family members with elderly mom in Dr Martens store in Cardiff.
We got in the store to try some a pair of boots and another two people who got in with us at the same time who were in the queue as well . Within 3-5 minutes we have been bombered by lots of questions by the store advisors, literally every one minute they come and asked us if we made our mind, we never felt comfortable at all. However, after very few minutes, Rebecca who is the manager came to us and told her colleagues that it is not allowed to try any other shoes (that was all within five minutes).
However, the store manager kept sending one by one of her colleagues asking us to make our minds or leave, literally about two times in every one minute they disturbed us.
Furthermore, Rebecca started to point and chatting about us to her colleagues and made a very rude staring at us.
I stood at the till with lots of intense moments and pressure from the absolute rude, unacceptable, extremely bad customer service and asked them to give just one minute as I already bought in the last period shoes which does not fit my feet and I do not wear it at all because it is small, so I asked for one minute to find out what is the size of that shoes to avoid buying the same size, but Rebecca was still pointing, chatting, and sending her colleagues at us.
Morever, and after we bought the boot in our way out she never looked at us, my mom was totally shocked and very disappointed by that behaviour (the other family who got in with us were still inside and they were not treated like the way they did to us). Rebecca asked us to leave immediately while I was trying to find out what is the reason for behind all that poor customer service, she only said "I am the manager here and I want you to leave now as we already gave you good customer service" and she started to wink to her colleagues at us when we were trying to just speak to her.

As a family we have been extremely shocked, surprised and disappointed by the discrimination behaviour we have received by Dr Martins Cardiff store manager, and it was a day of nightmare to all of my family due to the extreme bad customer service we had and the bullying we received in the store was like a group of people who kicked us out while other customers were treated highl respected manner.
We feel extremely disappointed and bullied and we were discriminated by this person and she was the experience of shopping for the whole family as day of the worst ever.

Since we had such an extreme customer service and sicnce of the discrimination, disappointment and frustration they Rebecca caused I will wait to see the response of this complaint and then based on that we will make decision whether or not to return the boots and will never buy or use anything Dr. Martens products.

So can you please investigate in the above case and get back to us as soon as possible.

So disappointed with you as a business. Bought the 1460 Ripple in Norween leather Made in England... what a joke! The last used to make these is completely different to previous 1460's which used to fit like a glove. Now with an insert and 2 pairs of hiking socks I can still lace them so that the eyelets actually touch and the laces dig into the leather. The length is the same but the width and 'excess' space created by the foxing and backstay make these unwearable. You used to have a product to be proud of, now you're just a fast fashion brand with poor construction and materials that don't last. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!

Just received my second pair of Dr Martens after my first ever pair last year. The website is easy to use, communication is good and delivery speedy. The boots themselves take a lot of wearing in (this equally could just be my feet) but once you’ve got past the ‘chewed up feet’ stage (LOL), they’re the comfiest things you’ll ever wear - well worth the money!

Absolute rubbish,cheap and nasty ,don’t bother ,absolute nightmare to return, and top prices,QR code doesn’t work ...not air ware sole as you would expect , just hard hollow sole , feels like I have been ripped off.

I've not bought Dr Martens for a number of years but needed a pair of everyday 6 eyelet boots that were easy on my poor old feet.
Unfortunately it seems that my poor old wallet now hurts more than my feet. IN NO TIME AT ALL THE SOLES HAVE SLIT AND PARTED and despite futile attempts at repairing them they're bin worthy.
Having read many of the reviews herein I don't think I'll even waste my time contacting them.
CHEAP AND NASTEY PRODUCT AT SKY HIGH PRICES.

I purchased Dr Martens Orson shoes over 18 months ago and the sole split right across the bottoms.
The material is soft and wears quickly (akin to driving with winter tires in the summer) so I would advise if you like to walk, stay away.
I contacted Dr Martens with photographs of the split, but they do not honour their own 2 year warranty.

Terrible customer service.... would not budge to help me at all, because I brought my boots from Schuh! I understand my contract is with Schuh, however Dr Martens is not Schuh’s brand. I expected a little more from what was an iconic UK brand.
Dr Martens you are failing and in a downward spiral, I will never buy another pair of your shoes again.
Just over a year and my soles are cracking! Absolutely disgusting for the price you charge.
I have a pair of boots from New Look that have lasted longer

Just got my Voss animal print sandals. Omg. These are the most comfortable, beautiful sandals ever. I was on a waiting list for them- totally worth the wait. Amazing quality. Can’t wait for summer ❤️

BE AWARE!! - Do NOT BUY from this company. They have extremely UNSCRUPULOUS FINANCIAL implications when returning goods!!

I purchased a pair of DM's at the beginning of January. They duly arrived a couple of days after ordering which was impressive.

However it has to be said my experience with this company went downhill from there. The boots arrived and within 10 minutes of me trying them on I was returning them in the original packaging as they did not fit and they were back on their way to Dr Martens warehouse. The boots arrived back at the warehouse less than 24 hours from them initially despatching them to me!

This company has refused to refund my money, stating that they do not issue refunds until at least 20 working days after purchase - THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR A MONTH WITH NO SIGN OF A REFUND !!!!!!!!!

The customer service adviser was completely disinterested in her job, just stated that this is in the small print of their t&c's.

I have worn DM's for over 35 years - never again. I recently purchased from Blundstone (Check them out) - Awesome boots - better quality than the DM's of today and miles better customer service

Do NO buy!!! I sent some boots back over two weeks ago now. Contacted customer services through three different platforms only to receive a cut and paste reply which doesn't del with my original enquiry. I am afraid I am going to be £160 out of pocket and nobody is willing to help me. Customer service is TERRIBLE!

I recently purchased some Dr Martens 7B10 safety boots for work and they are the most comfortable, out of the box boot I’ve ever worn.

The sole is super squishy, bouncy and feels almost trainer like on my feet. The leather is more of a matte look leather and is a little thicker than standard Dr Martens. True to size and really well made, they’ve taken a beating and still holding up well. They’re a lovely work boot for anyone who wants comfort and style.

I've been scammed £30 by a fake Dr Martens site. I previously ordered from Dr Martens and was happy with my order so I thought I'll order another pair when I saw it's on sale? They sent me a pair of disgusting sunglasses. They work from over seas (China). I'm so annoyed because they bank isn't helping.

Been stung as well...rushed into it without checking first...paid for 2 pairs of Dr. Martens (80% off) on a dodgy website...As soon as l paid realised the links on their fake website led nowhere...no contact details....that was early Jan 2021...a week later, mysterious ly recieved a very cheap pair of sunglasses with the same consignment number but no contact address on...Now the website page with order details has completely disappeared. Have reported this to my bank as they have taken my money out...DO NOT BUY ONLINE...Scam!

Fake website. I should have stuck with gut feeling of if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on 9th December 2020 they took money straight away, still no boots, didn't reply when I asked where the goods were. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

SOMEONE HAS MADE A SEPERATE WEBSITE FOR DR MARTENS CLAIMING AN 80% OFF SALE AND IT IS FAKE SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
