They promise to send you certificate of completion in 7 business days, but if it doesn't arrive (which ours didn't) you have only 30 calendar days from the day you completed to notice and request a re-send. After that it's $15.

No tracking info was provided, so I can't prove that it never arrived (or was never sent at all) Looks like a $15 setup to me.

Very informative chapters that contain lots of information and videos/visuals for you to see. The final is very easy and shipping was in less than a week. The best part is that I paid less than $20.00!!!

My daughter took this online class and it taught her everything she needed to know to pass the driver's test. I would recommend this to others. Thanks.

This really gets your prepared for your permit test and also the practice test on the DMV site.

I was frustrated that I couldn't go back and print the time sheets after my son completed everything. I didn't get the last two driving time sheets printed. I think that the student should have longer time to complete your program since he had to have a permit before he could even do the modules after completing lesson one. He had a hard time with the State test to get his permit since he didn't get to do lesson 2 - 12 which was not fair on him. I would not recommend your program to anyone.

Completed in two solid days. Easy and straightforward.

It has been at least a month and my certificate of completion has not come in the mail yet. I was expecting 3 weeks at the latest and missed my permit appt since it had still not arrived.

My daughter failed the test 3 times. So my husband, a 20 year truck driver & President of a trucking company also failed it 3 times. So I decided to take it & also failed. On the 8th try, we all passed!! Even though my husband & I have had a license with an unblemished record for over 30 years. The questions in the test have nothing to do with actually driving. They asked about points on a license, what monetary penalties are, etc. I even found typos & 1 question with the answers B & C were the same exact sentence. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Signed one child up for the course, and it had a great price. Paid at the end and was very satisfied. Went to sign another child up and it had doubled in price. They claim there was a special for the first one but there was nothing that had said that. They reduced the price by $5.00 but I learned that the child is supposed to be on the site for so many hours or so many words and the second child had completed it in less than a day...seems that's wrong. Signed him up for another site, half the price and it times him...don't we want to make sure our kids are getting the right information?

I loved this site! It made the permit test very easy. The site it's self was quite efficient and I found it very fast.

I got my certificate; everything went smoothly. I learned what I needed to know for the most part.
However it did get a little boring past the first few lessons.

Many errors occur in the tests of this program. A student doing the best they can, knowing they will not pass if their score isn't high enough, and then the test itself gives them a lower score because of its own errors--even when the student was correct. It should not be hard for editors to check the accuracy of the answers and make them correct.

It was a good experience. I felt a lot more confident in my driving abilities.Definitely worth trying out especially if you need all the help you can get.

Taking my course online was extremely easy compared to the local classes. Each lesson was full of information, but put into ways I understood well. With the final test I ended up only missing two, out of the thirty eight questions. This is a great website and I recommend it to all my friends.
