Scammers
Read the terms and conditions (Edinburgh airport): if your flight is delayed they will keep your car for an hour and then "give it to someone else". You will find that somehow, in spite of having hundreds of cars in their carpark, they dont have a car similar to the one you booked. Don't worry, they can give you an upgrade for £200! A complete scam!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We sincerely apologise that our service did not meet your expectations on this occasion; we truly understand how frustrating travel delays can be.
To ensure we can manage vehicle availability for all our customers, we adhere to the following policy:
• Grace Period: We hold bookings for a maximum of 2 hours during branch opening hours. If you are going to be late, we ask that you notify the branch of your estimated arrival time.
• Vehicle Hold: We can only hold a specific booked vehicle for a maximum of 1 hour past the booked collection time. After this point, clients may be offered an alternative vehicle category (subject to availability), and charges may apply.
• Failure to Collect: Customers who fail to arrive on the day of collection are marked as a ‘No Show’ and charged up to 3 days rental. Please note that prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
If you require any further information regarding your booking or this process, please contact us through the Manage My Booking portal on the Drivalia.co.uk website.

I hired a car for my trip to bring my daughter back to uni but while there my daughter ended up being hospitalised so I needed to extend my rental. I returned to theoffice to do this and Marshall dealt with me and went above and beyond to help
