The delivery crew still completed the delivery to my flat on the 5th floor despite the lift being out of order - complete heroes!

On the day a guy in shop was extremely helpful, he made me a drink and put me on a bed that measures your best mattress, which we found super friendly made me laugh too. Delivery was efficient and speedy and the mattress is a dream I love it!!

Excellent sales service, delivery and construction

Service was great. Delivery guys came on time and were respectful and friendly.

The sales people in the showroom were informative and not at all pushy and helped me choose the best option within my budget. The delivery was smooth and efficient despite the sofa bed having to be carried up three flights of stairs. The delivery men knew the product and were able to set it up and remind me how it all worked.

Dream team from helping me find the right beds to choosing the mattresses and finally delivering them on the promised date by a friendly and competent team.

From the point of order to the day of delivery, my experience with Dreams Team has been great one. I was carried along every step of the way. To cap it all the two delivery personnel went over and above to give me a wonderful experience. They did a good job over all. Well done guys.

Excellent mattress and customer service experience!
The brand has a machine in store that suggests the ideal mattress based on your body/weight/sleeping position (does it for couples too).
We have not been disappointed by the mattress we chose. Sleeping is much better than with my previous mattress!

My only concern is the stitching of the gel topper to the main mattress. Will it be long lasting? Don’t know yet but saw a bit of thread coming off.

Good in store experience, great delivery options, good price.

The tuft spots were especially uncomfortable because some seemed a bit too deep.
The info card advised that the mattress needs at least 30 days to settle so I am anxiously waiting in the hope that my discomfort issue with the mattress will be resolved.

The two delivery men arrived earlier than advised which was very good. They were very pleasant, polite and helpful putting the packages into the hall for me. The bed itself was so easy to erect and my grandson loves it. Thank you very much

Staff at the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. We prefer firm mattresses, and the nice gentleman helped us find the perfect one for our new flat here. Plus, we got the bank holiday discount, even better.
Our beds are not the UK standard size, "Flaxby" can customise the mattress size for us. Their mattress quality is really good, all handmade with prime materials.
The delivery experience was nice too.

We ordered our sofa bed in-store and were able to test out the product which is useful. We received helpful support from the staff, including the store manager, and were given a complementary mattress protector. The delivery staff were really friendly and helpful and assembled the sofa bed well. They checked in with us if we are happy with it. We can only comment on the quality of the sofa bed over time but so far it seems fine!

I went with my client to dreams Tottenham Court Rd to make sure everything goes smoothly as she is vulnerable adult.
The lady that served us very pleasant and advised what mattress and headboard would be good. My client also bought 2 memory foam pillows and also sofabed.
My client paid for all the stuff and also paid extra for assembling and taking rubbish away for the sofa bed and divan bed set.
When it came delivery day my client had to beg delivery drivers to unpack, assemble and take the rubbish away. She had to pay extra £20 before they did it. This service she paid for before hand.
This doesn't end there when the divan bed arrived my client had paid for 2 memory foam pillows and assistant said to leave pillows, they will come with bed.
The pillows never arrived and when I rang them they said she needs to come store and pick up the pillows.
I told guy on the phone that the assistant said they will come with the bed. He was arguing with me and said they come from another place. They offered us them when we were at the store but my client is vulnerable and it was to much for here to carry 2 memory Foam pillows. That why we were advised by adviser to leave them and delivery man will bring them.
The guy on the phone never apologised and said the adviser not here and he can't talk to her. In the end he said that they will post them after I had heated argument.
It's alright to take my clients money but once we left the store everything they said went opposite way.

The bed is brilliant fantastic price

Excellent customer care candidate I found an excellent mattress at a very competitive price. It was brilliant to be able to try out the mattresses to find one that was best comfort for me.
