Overall experience at the store was good. Josh attended us very patiently. However their sight was down so we had to wait for 2 days to get the delivery date.

Dream a little Dream with me
I was delighted with the service I received from Dreams. I was dealt with efficiently and effectively when in their store in Tottenham Court Road.
All timetables were adhered to and the bed on arrival was expertly assembled and all necessary explanations provided.

Great store
Great store! Super friendly/helpful staff who were not pushy but very patient with me trying to choose a new mattress. I found what I wanted much quicker than expected and Dreams have helpful delivery options (narrow delivery window, remove your old mattress etc). Mattress was delivered 5 days later. Very pleased!

Good selection of mattresses including higher end brands, the staff were friendly and allowed me to try them without pressuring. Delivery was easy and on time, and I’m very happy with my new mattress.

A happy customer
This was the first time ordering from Dreams and I was absolutely thrilled with my experience. The team in store were extremely helpful and considerate, the delivery and assembly team were simply the best! Rob and Nathaniel were a dream (no pun intended). They assembled the bed taking extra care, cleared any rubbish and were very respectful.
Cannot wait for my second delivery

Good bed and mattress
Good bed and mattress. Sales person who did the deal needs a bit of skills development though. They forgot to give me the mattress bag for the recycle service, so I had to go back and get it. Also neglected to try and sell me a mattress protector which I bought when I returned to get the mattress return bag. I could have been sold on a more expensive mattress too, but no effort was made. Advice on getting ready for the recycle service was also lacking at the point of sale.

Very comfy TheraPur king size mattress
We purchased a king size mattress from Dreams at Tottenham Road London. Wonderful being able to test out a number of mattresses in store, and having the support of salesperson who answered all our questions. Always good to know their 100 day return policy, but we are finding our new mattress and pillows so comfortable, I don’t expect that will be necessary!
