Very helpful staff who didn't make us feel pressurised into making a purchase. After considering all the options and advice we were given, I retuned to the store the following day and purchased the Mattress we had decided on. Would like to thank Katarzyna who was very helpful and polite.

A very good experience
A very good experience from the shop assistant to the delivery men. The shop staff were very friendly and gave us lots of useful information. The delivery was a lot quicker than envisaged, just over a week from placing order. The mattress is very comfortable.

Guided towards an informed choice, trying out several beds, questioning and clarifying our preferences regsrding the mattress that best suits our needs. Taking his time to explain everything about each mattress and how it moves with you to experience what should be good for the sleep. We were told about the recycling of our old mattress also about the extra 8yrs insurance cover for peace of mind. And the free mattress cover.
