Excellent service got just what we…
Excellent service got just what we wanted. The assistant was very professional and friendly and made it so easy to choose the perfect bed and mattress. We didn't have to wait long for delivery and the delivery men were brilliant would highly recommend.

Great service and found the right bed
Service from start to finish was excellent. Paula was really patient, talked through options and made a lovely cup of tea whilst we chatted options. Really good, friendly and gave me space to try options

A* Experience
The whole process from in store to delivery with Dreams was hassle free. Our anticipated delivery of our new bed and mattress was 12 weeks but we got it within 6. The in store staff were very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what mattress type we needed following the use of their body/sleep analysis system. She showed us several options which we tried with different pillows and she listened to what our individual needs were. The delivery team were excellent. We booked assembly which I have to say was a godsend as we had ordered an ottoman style bed. They were efficient and removed all the packaging. The guys were friendly and respectful of our home. A*

Bradley was very helpful in the Sheffield shop and understood at once what kind of mattress we wanted.
The men who took our old mattress away were very efficient and helpful .All said and done the whole experience was easy and we are delighted with our new mattress..just what we wanted.

Sofa bed just perfect for space. Price right for a sturdy sofa bed Helpful sales staff. Delivery a week or 2, but fine. Delivery and set up quick and efficient. Very happy.

Returning Customer.
Just purchased my second bed and mattress from Dreams within a few months. Also recommended them to my sister who has now also purchased a bed.
All very very helpful and attentive and it all makes for a pleasant experience, Nothing is too much trouble and delivered without any fuss.

Brilliant bed in so pleased
From the minute I entered the Dreams Bed Store I was given good advice but a really helpful member of staff.
She helped me choose the correct mattress which is absolutely brilliant and I’m having a great nights sleep.
I love the bed Hayden that choose in white it looks fabulous.
