Salesperson was very helpful in helping us choose our bed, all staff were very polite and friendly, bed was delivered on time as agreed delivery drivers removed shoes when walking on day old carpet so overall all good

Delivered to me early which was a bonus by two very pleasant young men. They were over protective covers to their shoes.

Very helpful staff,advice given very sensible. Didn't push the most expensive mattress, just the ones they thought would suit us best.

We want a super king size mattress and the dreams sales lady reminded us to check if it could be moved to the upper floor at our house. It was lucky we heard her professional advice and went back to check. We found that it is really not possible to move up the narrow staircase, so we need to find a mattress that have the zip and link option. There were limited choices on the market and we ended up going back to dreams for the comfy mattress that have the zip link option.

Brilliant,sleep a lot better,very comfortable,worth every penny,just to get a good nights sleep.

We purchased a new TV bed. It arrived and the side panel of the bed was damaged. I emailed dreams to get this sorted and they said they would book somebody in to replace the side.
During this time, the TV mechanism stopped working so we could not lower the TV. I again rang and was told somebody would be out to fix it in 3/4 weeks time!! As this is a new bed I would have expected quicker service and a compensation due to the inconvenience caused.

We weren’t rushed to choose our mattress we were given good advice.
Delivery was very good too,

Helpful and friendly staff. Sleep tester is a great way to cut down the many options in store and saved a lot of time. Start member was able to offer us a clearance mattress with minor defect meaning we got more for our money.

The customer service was good but everything else! We placed order for two beds complete and arranged to have them take away old items. I then realised that after paying £140 for removal, the local council would remove for £28, this is when the fun started I asked for a refund as the delivery team acknowledged that they had not removed any items. They have refunded £70 but I am having trouble getting the balance, I cannot understand why it takes seconds to take my money off my card but upto ten days to refund?!
I was informed to phone customer services, but I was informed the waiting time was 1hr to speak to human being. We are still waiting for the balance. We are in the Xmas period so probably have to wait until middle of Jan if we are lucky. I won't make the same mistake again and await a reply.
I have today 23rd had a email from customer service stating they are paying other £70 within next 10 days
