Very helpful and cheerful staff

Went to dreams to purchase a mattress, the sales assistant was so lovely welcoming us to store giving us the information to get a good quality mattress that suited our needs offering us drinks and a pillow giving us time to try the mattresses no pressure to buy. We went home to think about it I read reviews on the mattresses I liked to see what experiences other people had with their mattresses and was really impressed I went back next day to order the abbeydale mattress the sales assistant gave us the four free pillows that were on offer, 5 days later we had our mattress delivered and the old one taken away very happy with purchase. The abbeydale mattress has been reduced since so some lucky buyers will get great bargain if there quick.

Customer service is excellent. Delivery service is first class. We were notified in plenty of time when to expect delivery. Gary and Shane were fantastic ambassadors for Dreams. They were very polite, took their shoes off when entering our home. Our old bed base and mattress were taken away and our new bed assembled in our bedroom. Advise given about how to care for the mattress, even down to leaving the window open for a short while. Would definitely recommend Dreams in Nuneaton.

Staff are very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. The Dream Matcher machine is very interesting and helped us confirm our choice of mattress.

Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. From start to finish. The member of staff that looked after us in the showroom was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the right product for us. The delivery was on time and the guys were brilliant too.

Purchased a bed in Nuneaton branch. Customer service is great very welcoming and helpful. Installation was very eficient, and quick plus staff wer very polite and friendly.

The staff at the were excellent. Rob, our main contact, walk through our options making the choice of bed and mattress easy. This included moving beds around for us see the full choice. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price was good too. We need also to move sour delivery slot a couple of times which was also dealt with with a smile.

Our sales advisor, Rob, was excellent - he didn't push and listened to what we wanted and the budget we had. As a result, we got the perfect bed for my son, which he is delighted with. Delivery was quick, friendly and professional, and all packaging taken away too. All in all, we got great service and a beautiful bed which is value for money. Would totally recommend Dreams to anyone.

Recently bought a bed, customer service was super. The process and experience Felt worth going through.

I highly recommend going to dreams when you need a new bed/mattress. I couldn't have asked for a nicer environment, or nicer people. They didn't try to get me to buy more expensive items like some places do. The delivery process was also really good, I was kept up to date on every part of the process and they came at the time they said and the guys were smart, polite and friendly.
