I went to dreams nottingham
I went to dreams nottingham, castle marina yesterday and was looked after by a charming young lady called Amanda. I was there with my mother to purchase her an electric bed plus buy a new mattress for myself. Amendamentet was helpful and knowledgeable but what really stood out was her thoughtfullness when dealing with my mother who is hard of hearing. When we sat down to place our order the first question Amanda asked my mum had to ask her to repeat because she couldn't hear her properly. from that moment on Amanda spoke up loudly and clearly to her making the whole transaction easy. it is amazing how many people dont think/dont bother to make the effort to do this and it was really appreciated.

From the moment we walked into dreams , our experience was 5 star. The staff were so professional and courteous and made us feel very special which would lead us into a purchase of a new mattress which is absolutely fantastic. Couldn't wish for a better night's sleep.
