Claire the assistant was extremely helpful knowledgeable and guided my husband through the purchase of a new mattress .. we were offered coffee .. nothing was too much trouble and all questions answered readily .. this is the second time of shopping at Dreams and have always been extremely satisfied with the service .. so thank you Claire .. The mattress is as good as I hoped it would be, thank you. Everything went smoothly it was delivered on time, within the specified time slot.

We went to Dreams St Georges just to see what the prices were for new mattress. We were greeted by Claire who was friendly and helpful and polite. We explained what we wanted, which she understood. She asked us to try the bed machine which gave us the type of support mattress we wanted. She offered us a drink and left us alone to choose. After some time we went back to her with our choice which we bought there and then on a great deal. We would shop again.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales team, also great delivery drivers. I will definitely shop there again.

The lady who served us in the shop in St George’s retail park was excellent. We think her name was Claire, special shout out on customer care and service with that lady.

Bought our new mattress and bed frame from St George’s square Dreams Leicester. Leigh and The team were absolute legends. When our frame arrived I had made an error in measurements. Dreams were so helpful. They agreed to take it back and we chose another that fits perfect. The delivery guys collected our return and delivered the divan whilst I was away in Italy. I went in to st George's retail park store in leicester to have a look at a bed frame I have saw on line was shown round by Claire I can not thank hear enough made everything so easy was a pleasure to work with woykd highly recommended seeing Claire when yiy need help in store

I'm not giving 5 stars for the product purchased but I had to from my heart mention that we were dealt with so well by Stanley at St George's Leicester branch. A real gem and asset to the company, honest, caring and friendly. Hard to come across people like him in this day and age on a human level and he deserves to be recognised for it. Thank you for making my visit and purchase worthwhile!
