Great customer service in store and delivery

Great experience!

From the first moment we walked through the door through the process to select a mattress to delivery, I genuinely felt like Dreams were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Feb 2024 Just bought a new Tempur mattress through Dreams. Got a great deal with Tempur pillows and a cover , plus delivery and the recycling of my old mattress. They have stock sale on and were very helpful and friendly - so for anyone who’s looking to change their mattress I’d say give them. a try! You can test the mattress and they have a sleep machine thing to help you understand your mattress preference . They also have a 100 day window for you to test at home and if not right, can swap it! They though of everything!

Simple from start to finish.
Upon entering the store (jct 27) we weren't bombarded with sales people fiering lots of information at us. We were left to browse, then approched politely, she (Linda) offered us a drink, informed us of the current offer and offered us a go on the machine that scans your body to suggest the best type of mattress. We weren't pushed, or pesteted , and we were more than happy to purchase a bed. headboard and feather down. Delivery was approx 2 week. all went well, delivery guys were very helpful and careful. The bed is fantastic! very happy!

Excellent service both in store when picking the mattress to having the mattress delivered.

After visiting a number of bed retailers we were very impressed with the level of service we received. Linda was very informative, without overselling, yet accommodated all our questions. There was a very good selection of products available and we were deleighted with our purchase.

Thanks to Linda from the Leeds, Birstal store who was an absolute ‘Dream’ at the weekend! We were approached by Linda who was super laid back, quickly found out what we were looking for and armed us with all the mattress knowledge we needed so we could make the best decision for us. She took us to do a bed test, showed us round our options, and gave us time to properly consider what we wanted to do. Most of all she was genuine, understanding (and nothing like a typical sales person). We were offered drinks during our visit, and told about all the offers available.

Overall, we were more than pleased with our visit, so much so we were in and out of the shop within the hour. What could have felt like a chore of a trip, was actually really enjoyable and we are genuinely excited to receive our new mattress.

Brandan our Sales adviser was "Top Man " very Helpful and Honest about mattresses.
We choose our mattress and Brandan got us a Drinking Chocolate hot drink each whilst we filled in paperwork and Thankyou Dreams your hot chocolate drink was Lovelyyy & a god send on a cold drizzly morning.
Our mattress was delivered in the week which we had requested and so far so good 👍

The easiest purchase I have made in a long time, I didn’t feel pushed or pressured into anything and the staff (Linda) was so helpful.

The prices were great and the shop assistant was friendly and helpful. Really happy with the service and the products!

Linda the salesperson was professional, friendly but most of all "human": no pushiness, lots of knowledge, flexible and a very good listener.

We browsed in Bensons but felt pressured so decided Dreams as a last resort before heading home and completing on line. However Linda was fantastic. No pushy sales tactic's, everything expertly explained and didn’t follow us about the shop so an overall a fantastic shopping experience. Dreams you really have a gem on your books with Linda and if I was you keep her very happy so a competitor doesn’t sneak in and steal!!! Excellent customer service, I saw the bed online and phoned the store, David or Dave was really helpful and gave me good advice. I was kept well informed about the delivery via email and text. Bed arrived on time and delivery guys were friendly too.
