Very happy with the bed the only thing I can pick up on was delivery time being a bit longer than I would have thought/liked at a month.

Frances was fantastic from start to…
Frances was fantastic from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, and really took the time to understand what we needed. She explained all the options clearly, gave thoughtful recommendations, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
Her friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. What could have been a stressful decision ended up being enjoyable thanks to her support.
Frances is a real credit to the team – and I would highly recommend Dreams also.

Good in-store information given. Ordering easy and paper copy of the order given. Delivery very smooth and efficient. Excellent service from all concerned. Sufficiently impressed I rang the store to compliment them on their care and efficiency.

Fantastic Service
From getting advice from the sales representative in-store to my new bed being delivered and assembled by very friendly, helpful and efficient delivery staff the whole process and service has been excellent. Excellent communication throughout by dream’s personal. On the day of delivery the team turned up promptly and took great care to make the experience faultless. The team were very respectful of my property, wore overshoes at all times and on completion left me with a fantastic new bed that I’m extremely pleased with and a clean and tidy room.

only thing it wasn't made clear at time of purchase that we had to put the bed together.
we are in our 80s so found it a bit of a struggle.

The BEST bed shop out there
Everything from start to finish was great. We had amazing help and advice in store (Kidderminster) when ordering and purchasing. Delivery was on time and professional… we paid to have the bed set up… rubbish was taken away and delivery men were friendly. This is the third bed we’ve purchased now and Dreams has never failed us, hence why we go back!

I still have back ache but the staff at the location were the best as they told us the truth but did try to sell add ons. Bloody back ache is killing me so no dreams!

We recognise that people do not always find their Dream mattress first time round, This is why we offer out 100 night comfort exchange, whereby you can exchange your mattress to an alternative of your choice within this period.
Please have a look at alternatives, and once you have found a suitable choice of replacement, please let me know and I will get this on order for you.
