Couldn’t fault the staff at Dreams
Couldn’t fault the staff at Dreams, from salespeople to installation every one of them was great. The bed is exactly as I hoped, mattress super comfortable. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the long delay with the bed arriving

Great mattress and customer service
Staff did a great job in allowing me to see the different types of mattresses available. Which insured my decision to purchase the one i did . Think its better for customers to understand what and why they purchased, rather than be told . So great friendly patient service from dreams store “Gravesend” i went with the silent night sleepeasy very firm 1000 with built in memory foam etc, kinda feels invisible to sleep on .

Customer care is first class. From the point of choosing and ordering, to delivery.
Delivery on time and was well within the 2hr delivery time slot. Delivered with care and thoughtfulness. 10 out of 10.

Sleeping in Comfort.
Our visit to DREAMS at Gravesend went very well with a knowledgable sales assistant who new what she was doing. Having guided us around various types of mattresses we did an electronic test on a test bed.
The result being that we purchased a mattress that turns out to be the right choice, having had our new mattress for over a week we both feel very much better after a nights sleep. We are both sleeping much better than before.

A great company to deal with.
It was exactly what I was looking for. I dealt with very helpful staff. Ordering went well. Only a slight glitch when I went back to pay for and organise my old bed base removal as Dreams computers were down. Delivery was perfectly executed by two lovely guys. Very Happy customer here.

Sleepmatch Technology and Excellent Customer Services
Having already purchased a new mattress from another company that wasn't suitable and really uncomfortable, I saw a tv ad for Dreams and started to look at reviews from customers and boy were they good.
After my previous failed purchase, I was really hesitant about buying another mattress but I needn't have worried as from when I entered the store, tried the Sleepmatch, I knew I was in the right place. I was recommended three mattresses and purchased one of them. My mattress was delivered and it is perfect. The customer service I received was superb and was the delivery.
