Audrey & Ali saved the sale from a rude manager!
Sadly your manager Stephen (Fulcher) I believe his name to be had the people skills and social skills of an overpriced Turnip! Sad really as I had before having the displeasure of meeting the man a pleasant and very rewarding experience with his colleagues Audrey and Ali at Finchley Central store. Stephen thankfully wasn't at the store that particular day when we purchased one of your more expensive ranged Tempur kingsize mattresses. When we returned the following month to purchase a new double mattress for our teenage daughter who had just been involved in a serious road traffic accident, we were met when negotiating the price with Stephen your manager. Now I do like to haggle but I understand when a line is crossed. However, Stephen was nothing but rude, condescending, and rather peculiar if the truth be known. Nonetheless, it was his colleagues Audrey and Ali who saved the sale and we purchased another mattress at your Dreams store in Finchley. This means thanks to Audrey who for the life of me I can't understand why she shouldn't be running the place, Audrey managed to secure not one but both sales!

Dreams have excellent beds compared to…
Dreams have excellent beds compared to other companies. I found their member of staff to be very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and did not come across too pushy.
They even have a Dream Machine that you can lie in, which calculates the best mattresses that would suit you. Thank you Dreams!

My family has received an excellent service from this branch and specifically from the sales person Audrey.
She is very knowledgable, courteous and very patient. I felt I was rally catered for my needs in any respect. We ended up buying all four beds and mattresses from her and of-course Black Friday discounts helped. We are very happy with the purchasing process, delivery and the items. Thank you.

Lovely service
I had a very fruitful visit at their Finchley Store. The gentleman who attended to me was very polite , respectful, helpful and patient. After about an hour or slightly longer, we walked out with the perfect mattress for us.
