Great service with exceptional knowledge
I visited the Enfield branch. The staff here are super knowledgeable and very welcoming. I have shopped around but found myself back at dreams having purchased before. The service here is superior to the rest and you can find what you are looking for most of the time. Special recognition goes to Michael as he was a pleasure to do a deal with putting my needs and welfare first. Top service happy new year.

Very disappointed
The Dreams staff were not honest in answering my questions. Before buying the TV bed, I asked if I needed to cennect the TV to an aerial. They said no. What they should have said was no, you don’t for streaming but you do if you want to watch terrestrial channels. After all, most people do want to watch BBC, ITV, Channels 4, 5 etc as well as streaming.
Then the bed has arrived without any instructions whatsoever for the TV.
I telephoned Dreams Enfield, who referred me to Customer Service. I then waited 15 minutes before I could speak so a woman representative. This time, I was told the truth that I do need to connect the TV to an aerial. She said she would send me TV instructions by email, but I cannot open the attachment either on my mobile or my iPad.
I am very disappointed by the dishonesty of the staff and I shall never recommend anyone to buy anything from Dreams.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the issues you have experienced.
In terms of the TV, as with all TVs an aerial is required to watch live TV.
I can confirm we have sent out a hard copy of the assembly instructions via post.
