Great range of beds on display in large bright showroom. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly with no "direct sales" approach. Stated my options clearly when placing my order.

We had a really knowledgeable and empathetic salesperson called Becky, who took us through every stage of the purchase without trying to force us into a decision. Would thoroughly recommend the Kidderminster branch.

Aheema was great sales person. Made welcome. Knew products inside out. Recommended.

Came in to look for a new bed for my son and the young lady called Daisy ( I think) helped us with a query and then continued to help with no rushing or pushiness with selecting a new mattress using the sleep match for the new bed. Was patient and very knowledgeable about everything and honest too. Which helped us get the right bed and mattresses for my son and myself/partner.

Disgusting service. Spent £2600, chose a delivery date, all good..then they decide to deliver half of it 2 weeks before my chosen date when I hadn't moved into the property. Multiple emails sent pleading not to deliver with either no reply or a generic reply. Tried phoning...90 minute waiting time or phone hangs up. Go into local store and not much help either. Living out of bags and boxes with no sign of my furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED 😠

Cerys, the sales assistant was really helpful. Not pushy giving us time to think but giving advice when requested. Tried the bed tester which came up with suggestions and we were shown each one and our requirements taken into account

We ordered a bed frame in store on August 6th to be delivered on the 25th of August. Received the reminders and had a confirmation text the day before delivery advising the time slot. No one came, no call, text, or email to advise of the delay - nothing at all. Contacted Dreams customer service number and couldn’t get through. Emailed Dreams and no reply for a day. Used the text service and was advised they would get back to me, which was 2 days later and after several more messages asking where the delivery was. Was told the bed is out of stock, no other advice. Contacted the store who said it was best to cancel and then reorder as the bed was in-fact in stock. Asked for a confirmation email of this new delivery and have received nothing. Will be heading into a store today to try and get things sorted. Will try and get a full refund and buy elsewhere as I have no trust in their customer service. It’s appalling that we are having to sleep on a matress on the floor because we cleared the room awaiting a confirmed delivery. Disgusting that we received nothing from
Dreams at all, we have had to do all the enquiring and seeking responses and answers. It’s not worth the hassle, they are not trustworthy.

Danny at Dreams showed the parts of the Classic set that we were hoping to buy. Being able to lie on the mattress was helpful. So we ordered the Classic bed set and look forward to its delivery in due course.

Went into dreams broadstairs Westwood cross, Georgia (store manager) helped me and my partner with choosing our new bed and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend

the staff were helpful and friendly and left you alone to bounce on the mattresses if that's what you needed.

We went to choose a bed and mattress and the customer adviser, Lily, was exceptional. She carried out a thorough assessment of our needs for the mattress and gave appropriate advice. Because of this we were able to select the correct mattress for us. During the sale she was very accommodating and met all of our expectations. She went over and beyond to look after us and gave us a real good deal.

We think this company needs to get its act together not on the shop floor but at management level. There doesn’t seem to be a clear communication path between the Plymouth warehouse and the Truro store. Is it something to do with the computer systems.

Jennifer was exceptionally helpful, knowledge & thoughtful. A real asset to the company. She is the reason I made my purchase.
