No sleep to loads sleep
Used scan for mattress needed, firm, got one & excellent help with my sleep problem, slept for 2/3 hours a night, now with new mattress 8 hours sleep fantastic thank you Dreams

I recently visited Dream Bed Shop in Edinburgh and had the pleasure of being helped by Ian. I can honestly say he was fantastic from start to finish. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. His friendly and patient approach made the whole experience really enjoyable.
He offered clear, helpful advice that made choosing the perfect bed so much easier. I truly appreciated his professionalism and genuine care throughout the process. Thanks to Ian, I left the shop feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Ian to anyone looking for expert help and great service at Dream Bed Shop!

Excellent support when choosing a bed
Excellent support when choosing a bed. The salesman was knowledgable and made no attempt to coerce us into buying which was important to us. We were kept fully informed re arrival and fitting if the bed and the two fitters were extremely polite as well as very efficient! The bed is super!!!

We found the whole process really easy…
We found the whole process really easy and relaxed. The staff were super helpful and knowledgable for our needs and having used the new mattress for nearly a month now, this was the right advice. We were helped by Ian in the Edinburgh branch

Bought a foam mattress which had an odour that just would not go away. Two months in and it still has the odour. Called to complain and they said to pay £100 for a change of mattress, although there is a fault with the product that is not our fault!

I think it is reassuring to feel that the service that was provided for sutch an important purchase was exellent
when we visited the store in seafield road edinburgh,
we found the staff very helpful and there was no sales pressuire . having the machine which gives you an indication of what type of bed would be suited to our needs was very helpful.
