The bed and mattress we purchased were as good as we had hoped for.
The sales assistant who helped us choose our products was friendly and knowledgeable.

Buying my new bed was easy from the start. The shop assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
When the bed arrived the men made it up, they were tidy polite and quick.
The ottoman bed has great storage and looks great.

Having not bought a mattress for 10 years we didn't really have much idea where to start. Fortunately the shop assistant Robert was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took us through the whole range of different types of mattress' and explained the differences to us.
Suffice to say we were really happy with the buying experience and the new mattress is very comfortable.

I was attended to by the manager of the Dreams sore Dundee Kingsway. The Manager's professional manner and attitude was maintained from entering the store to departing. The first step was using the test bed to gauge your information was matched by the correct mattress to the person. The Manager's sales performance, patience, explanation and reassurance of purchase was also perfectly pitched.

Nice people, long delivery time
1. Dreams, Dumfries is good because a). the staff are nice, and, b). because they have a toilet which when you have to drive 30 odd miles to get there is invaluable.
2. Unfortunately our most recent visit was to say that we though they had delivered the wrong mattress. They did not quibble about this and found an alternative and arranged delivery. They gave us a whopping great discount which meant we were not out of pocket.
3. The only downside, which is perhaps not peculiar to Dreams, is that once ordered there is a considerable delay before it gets delivered. So as a result of this last visit (19th March, I think) our delivery is booked for 12th April.
