My husband seems to have taken over my purchase. He has been ringing Dreams, often recently, as he didn't follow my instructions for the positions of the bed, and he is happy to say that they will come back to reset the beds

Some of the staples at the bottom of…
Some of the staples at the bottom of the base are not straight aligned. Overall a good base. It’s a strong ottoman.
Review update: After reading my review the company are sending me £50 to compensate. This is excellent customer service! It’s great to know they care !

Excellent service rendered by Mohamed at Colindale store like to share a good buying…
We would like to share a good buying experience in the Dreams Colindale branch. Mohamed greeted us courteously. He also professionally guided us in selection of mattresses based on our needs with the help of a wonderful system “Sleepmatch”. During the various visits, he was always helpful and able to answer our questions promptly and patiently. Not only offering us pillows during the mattresses selection for a more realistic comparison but also drinks when he noticed we already stayed a bit long time in the store. What a great customer oriented attitude and service!
Finally, we bought two mattresses, one bed frame and a chest of 4 drawers.
Thank you Mohamed for the great customer service! We are looking forward to receiving Dreams’s high delivery and installation service soon!
