What a fabulous experience we had at dreams in Colindale. Hassan was second to none with his attentive service.
We had excellent advice and a very thorough well thought out visit.
The bed was delivered with absolutely no problems at all and delivery team were spot-on. I cannot fault them one little bit

I bought a very firm Therapur ActiGel Response 2000 K mattress in October 2021 for £1099 that is now discontinued. This mattress is supposed to be firm like a brick. The mattress starts to dip in the middle. I contacted Dreams customer service on 20/11/2023. A technician was sent out on the 27/11. The technician checked on said it was an invalid claim because the dip was under 2cm and it needs to be above 2cm for the claim to be valid.
when I received the report from Dreams I noticed from the photos on the report that the dip was taken off-centre not in the middle. I raised the issue with Dreams and they agreed to send another technician out on 12/12. On the day I got a call from the technician 15 minutes before my appointment. He said that he would not be able to visit because he left the bed test kit in Oxfordshire. I was given an appointment for the 21/12. The technician came today and measured 3cm also, there were other measurements above 4cm but he said he is not allowed to submit it because it is too close to where the dip pattern design formed on the mattress. On completion of his inspection, he said the claim was invalid because the dip in the mattress needed to be over 4cm. I am confused Dreams emailed me the first report with the plumb line below the 2cm mark and another photo showing a 2cm allowance for the claim to be valid. I told them that I measured 3.5cm in the middle and was told that they could not accept my measurement. They have sent a technician out who measured 3cm but said it needs to be over 4cm to be valid.
The outcome I would like is to have this uncomfortable mattress that is not fit for purpose, which was originally very firm until it started to dip and soft in places replaced. I am willing to pay extra for a good night's sleep.

We had bought 3 double beds before from the same branch at colindale and Mr Michael served us so professionally without any pushing us on the purchase. We are Happy with the purchase and the level of customer service we received.
So this time my auntie need to accompany her to select a double bed for her. I took her to the same branch and Michael again served us for the right bed for her .
Great customer service and would definitely go there again.

I was able to take my time and look around . When I needed help the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for me , they really helped me choose the right bed.

From the moment we walked into Colindale branch to purchase a king size bed, which we did, Natalya, the salesperson, could not have been more helpful if she had tried this helpfulness continued right through to delivery of the bed. The delivery guys too were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Dreams to everybody.

Great service & product range at the Colindale branch

Mo at the Colindale staff was super helpful and took good care of our requirement. However the bed assembly folks did not align the bed in the centre of the bedroom leaving unequal space on each side, hence removed 1 star.The bed is heavy so can't move now and when the same guy came again to deliver mattress he asked me to buy different legs to move the bed. Bed is good, sound quality is ok . However in my case 1 speaker in the headboard was not connected properly by the installation folks. When I raised the repair request the 3rd party installer just replaced the speaker with a new one and the issue still existed though I asked him to check before installation if it was connected properly. To which he replied he was there to replace the speaker and he is doing the job. Removed 1 more star. A repair order was raised again this time a new guy came in and plugged in the speaker with new wire and it worked fine. However he moved the bed and it was in TV mode to gain access. When I requested him to move the bed back he bluntly refused and said it is not his job. So I was not able to make the bed flat as the assembly was stuck because bed was moved and was in TV mode raised up. Removed 1 more star. I called the customer service and they called the 3rd party again. To which they booked another appointment to move the bed back and said they would send mobility team to move the bed. After 2 weeks the same guy who replaced the speaker without checking came and asked me what is the issue? I said they were suppose to send mobility team to move the bed back. To which he showed me how to push the bed, scratching the legs against the floor and leaving marks. I would strongly recommend not to use the dreams installation service as they don't have a clue what they are doing. The 3rd party repair service Home Serve is waste of time too and has staff which will not hesitate to call you disabled/handicap or having mobility issue just because someone requests you to move the bed back again after repair. To summarize a good product installed and abused by 3rd class service.

Very friendly staff who delivered beds. Wore shoes protectors before entering the house. Fitted beds with no problem.

I've got whatever information from product advice, sales offer, to happy face and kids care. It was a wonderful experience shopping in Dreams!
