Bed came on time. Paid for construction and the guys built the bed in 20 minutes, much faster thsn I'd have been sleeping to fonit I'm sure!

From the moment we walked in to completing our order Kieran from the Chippenham store made it really easy. We’ve needed to buy a new mattress for a while now and have been putting it off as I have no idea what I need or wanted. Kieran listened to us and talked us through a number of opinions. We decided on one and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I’m completely put at ease with the comfort guarantee and he even found a pillow that fit our budget aswell.

Loved the sleep system in fact would have happily taken it home. Narrowed down our search based on our requirements and ultimately chose a medium memory foam mattress. Took a week or so for me to get used to it although my husband loved it from the first night, but really pleased. Excellent customer service and swift delivery.

Kieran at Dream Chippenham made the experience of finding a new mattress easy and quick. Tge sleep machine really helped narrow down our choices and Kieran’s knowledge of the different types of mattress really helped us make an informed decision.

Very clear and concise from store to delivery

Have used this store previously and had good experience on both occasions, so would def. recommend. Dreams staff are friendly and very helpful, do not rush or push you into anything, listen to what you want or need and offer as much help and advice where possible. The only downside was that there was no disabled access to the first floor level, only stairs, but other than that, would def. recommend Dreams, they offer excellent products and good value for money.

Plenty of choice and the new machine to help find the best bed for you is fun, and apparently accurate! The bed it recommended is so comfortable and I sleep like a log on it! The staff were super friendly and helpful in the Chippenham branch.

From the fist moment of entering the store, I have experienced nothing but helpfulness. Everything went so easy, only a small down payment, I could change delivery addresses and dates whenever I wanted and delivery was absolutely perfect. And last but not least, the purchase was an amazing hit! Great experiences all together. I will go back for a next purchase, no doubt about it!

Jenny, the store manager in Chippenham, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She started with the dream machine and from there she guided me through different mattresses and pillows until I found my perfect fit

A large selection of bed and matrasses' to chose from. The staff were most helpful without in any way being 'pushy'.
