What went wrong? practically everything, only the delivery time was really punctual, but as soon as it arrived the driver immediately told me that he couldn't bring the sofa to the 1st floor, after which he deposited the boxes in the living room and left, I had to assemble the sofa alone, something I had never done, and after the damage since I paid for delivery and assembly, the joke was how to dispose of the packaging boxes, dream, don't worry, I did it alone but it's the last time I understood something from you. Joe the salesman is the only new beauty in this adventure, really good and professional, when I told him what had happened he apologized several times.

Beautifully comfortable well made mattress. Bromley Store staff were fantastic. Great delivery service & customer support. 100% recommend Dreams to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would. Expecting a complete bed today June 28th 2024 after a 2 months wait. Was telephoned by a person from the delivery depot to say the mattress they were suppose to deliver has been ripped so therefore it will be lent annalternative until they can reissue the original which cost £699
I spoke to someone at Customer Service who could not tell me when I would get the one I ordered but just basically told me " I should be greatful I'm getting one to borrow " I known they are lying the mattress just was not ready but after waiting two months they have to come up with a story. Will never purchase from this company again and will not recommend them.

Staff in the shop were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Delivery was bang on time, driver and assistant were quick and efficient and wore shoe projectors which I thought was a brilliant touch.

When we needed a new Mattress we elected to go to Dreams and we were very surprised to meet a very young member of staff who was well informed about the products and advised us well. He was patient and listened carefully to our requirements. We were very satisfied with his suggestions and felt confident in finally selecting a Mattress that he recommended

I had not changed my bed or mattress for years but having done so with a Dreams bed I am getting a much more comfortable nights sleep

Brandon greeted myself and my sisters explaining the best way to choose a new mattress and budget etc. He used the machine to help narrow down the best choices. He then spent ages allowing my sister to try as many mattresses as she liked, explaining the differences. At all times he acted in a friendly, very professional manner to make sure that my sister was happy with her choice, explained that she could change her mind within a time period if she was unhappy and arranged delivery etc. Such a joy to go into a store and feel valued with professional, knowledgeable advice by such a friendly man who obviously got pleasure from helping people.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the Bromley store was brilliantly laid out, with additional frames upstairs which we where informed about as soon as we entered. The staff even though busy made time to acknowledge us. Explaining the order and making sure to be open and transparent with the order was outstanding.
