Perfect

Everything from purchase to delivery to fitting was carried out as expected. No hidden surprises or changes to timescale. Constantly informed throughout, and the fitters did a brilliant job. The bed is so comfortable too.

From sale to delivery.

The young salesman was excellent guiding us through the product range and giving us sound advice on which products best suited our requirements. The delivery went smoothly and we are really pleased with our new mattress. It is firm (to our taste) and cool to sleep in.

Excellent experience purchasing our bed frame and mattress through Cameron, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us all the options suited to our preferences. Delivery, assembly, and disposal were handled efficiently by Rob and Phil — they were professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!

Best mattress we have ever had

From buying this from the shop ,the person who helped us choose this mattress although very expensive was fantastic very informative and very polite made it very easy,and delivered on time.
Trust me you get what you pay for, remarkably comfortable

Good service with very helpful staff

Good service with very helpful staff. I basically knew what mattress I wanted but they helped me make my final decision. Although I said that an afternoon delivery would be better, I got the 8.30 am slot which wasn’t what I expected. The selection of bed base was limited due to the fact that I wanted a single ottoman base and Tempur had stopped supplying them for the time being. That’s not Dreams fault and they did their best to help me choose the right one. Very happy with the bed, especially the deal that they gave me.

1 small double bed and mattress,and one double mattress

lsabella,the assistant was very helpful to us and helped us choose suitable mattress for our needs.The delivery men were very polite and efficent and put the bed together,showed us how to operate the ottoman storage under the bed storage.Old bed and mattreses and packageing taken away .Very satisfied on all accounts.

A very helpful sales assistant

Isabella ,who was the sales assistant at Bromley,was friendly and so helpful .She gave me very good advice on choosing the right bed and plenty
of time to try different beds ,she made the experience of choosing a new bed relaxing and very pleasant.
